The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old St. Petersburg house that survived the blockade. Nearby is Frunzenskaya metro station. Alexandra was quick to respond to questions, explained everything in detail. We were met by Natalia, Alexandra's mother, a friendly sweet woman. She has two curious cats. You can use the kitchen. We stayed for 2 days, everything was fine.

I spent two very pleasant nights at Natia's. The room is clean, comfortable and well equipped (mini fridge, boiler and cuttlery are very convenient). The location is excellent to visit the old town and is quiet at the same time. Would definitely come back!

Cozy house in the very center of old Tbilisi. The location is very convenient for tourists. Furnitures are old but comfortable - just like in your grandma's house. And Ketevan is a very responsible host.

Tamar's place is so authentic and charming, with a view of the mountains. The room is comfortable and clean. We had a good sleep in between hikes which was great! Moreover, checkout at 12 (after a day of hiking) was just perfect. Highly recommend it to anyone!

You are a heartful host and your son was very helpful. There are few rooms you rent out, so you can feel right at home.Cozy. Shampoo, toothpaste, and hair dryer were provided in the toilet and shower. She said she was free to drink tea, put in turquish coffee, and played breakfast.Especially the handmade Georgian appetizers were exquisite and I was impressed by her culinary skills. They responded quickly to my questions and helped me get around in the middle of the night. There were three cats and it was very healing. Friendly and calm guest house.I would like to visit again.

very nice staying in Cozy Koala, its in a golden place where you can reach all the attractions by foot, and the owner Jay and manager brendon are very kind people. room is clean and tidy, overall , very nice place to stay.

The room is clean, comfortable, has a very nice kitchen, the landlord's husband and wife are very nice, help us with a lot of questions, you can see a very nice view on the roof, it takes only seven minutes to walk from the church, it is recommended to choose this place.

Nice, cozy and compact apartment. Very convenient location, especially pleased with the proximity to Sameb. The apartment has all the amenities. Clean and tidy. But, the most important advantage in this apartment is the neighbors: friendly and welcoming. I recommend it.

Great place for a short stay in the city center.

Very special place, highly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful retreat in the middle of nowhere. The hosts were very caring and helpful. We opted for the catering service, and the food was very nice and varied from day to day. This was nice because the nearest proper grocery store is about 1 hour drive away. Keep in mind also that the driveway to the cottage is very rocky. We rented a Wrangler and it was a nice off-road experience; maybe with a standard SUV it would also be ok, but I definitely wouldn’t take a sedan here.

Very good accommodation ideal for enjoying the area. Clean accessible and peaceful the owners are lovely and available, we will be back.
