Lovely house, lovely atmosphere, lovely landlord, so kind housekeeper is lovely. The entrance to the house may be a little dull. I really want you to catch on the way and the sign is clear. (small sign). Will stay again next time I have a chance.

Great place and lovely host, highly recommend stay!

Our third time staying here, and it always feels just as warm and inviting as the first. The location is perfect close to nature, yet super convenient. The spacious backyard is a dream for our dogs to run and play. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal for anyone who loves to cook. Our host is always responsive and flexible, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

Nice place in Khaoyai

The house is suitable for vacationing with family. This house is pet friendly and the owner has prepared all the facilities.

Overall an awesome experience and a great place. Went with family and were simply overwhelmed by the pristine surroundings and the exotic Victorian decoration inside. The kitchen was well equipped - all amenities and more included. Great BBQ grills. Bedroom comfort was amazing. Indoor games like UNO, Jenga and Dominos made the night time with family even more wholesome. Perhaps just the only downside was some stray dogs coming in from outside, specially if you elect to do BBQ (not a downside of the property itself, but perhaps of the surrounding)

Had such a great stay at Preeyaphat’s place! It has this awesome country-style vibe that totally gave me Red Dead Redemption feels. Super cozy and relaxing, with just the right mix of rustic and comfy. Preeyaphat is an incredible host—very responsive and attentive, making sure everything was just right throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a unique getaway with a cozy, Western-inspired atmosphere, I highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely be back!

Kamol’s place looks so much better in person! We had five people in our group and each and every one of us agreed that we’re definitely coming back for future visits. The house itself is located next to a reservoir along with our own little pool and a slide. We enjoyed hanging out next to the reservoir and the pool towards the end of the day. Gets really pretty :) Perfect location as it’s surrounded by cute restaurants and coffee shops, and also right next to a convenience store and a pharmacy. Only downside was that the hot water wasn’t running on the first day, but Kamol responded right away and sent his handyman to fix the problem. We would’ve normally been fine with no hot water in Thailand but the weather was surprisingly cold so we needed it. We also asked for daily housekeeping which was charged extra but was totally worth it. Again, Kamol responded really quick to coordinate with his team. Really glad we found Kamol’s place and we’re definitely coming back :)

Lovely spot, surrounded by some nice paths to wander down. The swimming pool was fantastic and the garden are super peaceful.

My stay at Somtow World was very very good and outstanding. Our host - k. Premika had provided us with many features that were beyond my expectation. First of all, location is located in the route toward Khao Yai, very easy to find from the main road, and there are many restaurants and boutique coffee shops nearby for those who like to drift away with coffee and scenary. Personally I like this route much better than Thanaratch Rd as it is more quieter and less traffic while Somtow World is still easily accessible and quite near all of the famous sights in Khao Yai. The Barn face the local road with a field and mountain behind it. You can watch a beautiful sunset in the front, what a fantastic view! Secondly Somtow World felt very much like home, while it is very very big which can fit 15 of us (the place is big) it is very cosy and it offers comfort feeling. We stayed on the second floors, there are 4 rooms, three of which have two bunkbeds and sofa which can turn into bed in each room while one have two bunkbeds and a sofa (turn to bed). Every room has AC, locker (for each guest) to put the cloth and a lock. All necessary items like pillows, blankets, towels all included and the most essential part is bed is very comfy just like home. Bathrooms (4) and restroom (2) are separated for male and female. Hotwater is also in all showers, so it was nice during the winter time. Kitchen and dining table are the key experience in our trip. Kitchen is roomy with all necessary cooking items including microwave, refrigerator, dishes. Once we done cooking, we sat in the dining table next to the windows which mountain breeze passed us from other windows from the opposite side of the barn. We LOVE IT! And not mosquito! Lastly on the last night we asked the owner if we can setup tables and music outside the barn. We did BBQ, listen to music with a nice breeze and luxurious mountain view behind us, under the bright stars. I had never felt the best time as this night before. My friends and I enjoyed our time very much. Host was friendly, very accommodating, and we had good communication. Don't be fool to think Sowtow World is just a barn, this place is a comfy, luxuriously homey world which you will drift away in love once you spend your time there as I eager to re-visit this marvelous world again soon...

Nice large house in natural environment. A bit far from any supermarket and convenience store but no problem if you drive. House is clean and well design for 3 couples or large family. Host response quickly. Also gigs can be relieved in a garden protected with barrier and they are very happy to run freely. Wish to stay again.
