The whole house is for your group only, with a private swimming pool, parking inside the fence, quiet atmosphere, safe, and easy to get around. We will change the bed sheets, towels, and clean every 7 days. No parties or loud noise after 10 pm. No smoking inside the house. Please smoke outside only. This price does not include electricity, which is 5 baht per unit. If the air conditioner is turned on only at night, it should be around 50-70 baht per night per bedroom. When you arrive, we will take a photo of the electricity meter. On the day of check-out, we will calculate the electricity usage and ask you to pay us.

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay at for a quick or longer visit to Ubon Ratchathani. Spacious, clean and perfect for a family of five. A big masters bedroom, a medium sized room and a smaller one which is bigger than what the picture shows. Warayan was incredibly helpful and responsive with anything we needed help and had it resolved within an hour. We were provided towels, shampoo and body gel. You can also find chips, water and ice as well, which made our enjoyment only better!

Really enjoyed this place. Peaceful place in the quiet countryside. One of the most friendly, pleasant and helpful hosts ever who always went the extra mile. Coffee available and host on site who was very patient with us! A short drive into the city for the best of both worlds. Hope we get to go back one day.
