This accommodation is the perfect place to unwind during your stay After entering through main gate proceed to your Air BnB entrance and private area, onto the partly covered deck which has outdoor table and chairs Gas BBQ and Gas Ring for cooking Enter door to your accommodation. Fully ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans queen size bed. Kitchenette has a bar fridge microwave toaster jug hot plate coffee machine washing machine sink cutlery plates cups glasses. Spa Bath Iron and Ironing Board Hair Dryer Toiletries WiFi TV Netflix You Tube Private Entrance The main bedroom has a queen size bed with built in wardrobe and the sitting room has a sofa bed for an extra guest or small children. Your own private deck with BBQ and gas ring for cooking Fry pan and saucepan supplied outdoor seating area. Ducted Air conditioning to all rooms as well as ceiling fans in the bedroom and sitting room. The Kitchenette/laundry contains a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, front loader washing machine and sink ( detergent supplied) Basic Breakfast first morning of toast, coffee, tea, milk provided as well as condiments and all plates, cutlery, glasses etc and BBQ equipment. Free WIFI Your furry friend must be outside at all times We provide the following Dog Kennel with bed (or you can bring your own ) Food and Drink bowls Doggie bags for clean up The yard for your dog is grassed, fully fenced and secure. We will consider any request for inside for your furry friend if they meet our stringent House rules. MUST Request before BOOKING Other facilities include ironing board and iron Hairdryer. You will have complete private access to your space and outdoor area. We are happy to have a chat or leave you to do your own thing. Your choice. The beach is approx 800 metres from our home You can Enjoy a BBQ in the park adjacent to the Beach or dine at the various restaurants Golf Courses and water parks are nearby Mudjimba is approx midway between Caloundra and Noosa Sunshine Coast Airport is a 5 minuite drive away All the attractions are a short drive and a bus stop is a 5 minute walk from your Air BnB which is every 30 minutes We prefer your pet to be outside only However if you meet our conditions of not being on any of our furniture and bedding we will consider your request On application prior to booking

Staying at Lynley and Greg's cottage was such a lovely treat! We felt right at home in their little corner of the world and Kirsty was very responsive when we had any questions. The town was incredibly charming and we really enjoyed our day at the beach, which is nearby! The yard is massive and welcoming , the home is really well stocked with everything you could need, and we enjoyed our treats from the host. Should we return to this part of the world, we would love to stay again.

Absolutely beautiful home and in a terrific location. Park, beach, cafes all within walking distance. However it is directly under the landing of the flight path. You got use to it and our little one loved watching the planes come over so low.

Absolutely beautiful flat in a great location in Marcoola. Close to everywhere on the Sunshine close but has its own unique community. Marg was a great communicator and I couldn’t have asked for more. I travelled solo this time but perfect flat for a couple. Nice touches everywhere and quality fittings. Thanks Marg. I would highly recommend.
