The place is so clean and cozy, especially the rooftop pool is gorgeous! So far it is the best place I’ve stayed in Chiang Mai! Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. Noey’s house was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. Probably one of my favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve stayed at. A lot of privacy yet still close to everything. The pool was amazing and she even arranged for us to get a ride back to the airport. Would 10 /10 recommend and stay here again

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! The villa was very cozy and nicely furnished. It was well stocked with food like eggs, apples and milk among other things. There were also extra towels provided for us. There was enough activities on the compound to keep my kids occupied. They provided towels for the pool, games in the villa and other activities like badminton and golf which my kids enjoyed very much! Would fully recommend the villa to all who are planning to come to Chiang mai!

Jo is a fantastic host and so kind. Check in was easy, the space was clean and as expected, and the location is amazing right next to Nimman. Jo was very attentive to my requests!

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

It was my first time using Airbnb, and my one-month stay at Dcondo Ping was a truly pleasant experience. Everything met my expectations. The condo facilities — including the gym, swimming pool, and library — were excellent and easy to access. The location was also ideal — just a short walk to Central Festival, Chiang Mai’s largest and most vibrant shopping mall. I enjoyed spending time there and found it convenient for both shopping and entertainment.
