This room exceeded my expectations. The actual room was even cleaner and more beautiful than the photos. The environment was peaceful and quiet, which made my stay very relaxing. I especially loved the lake and the swimming pool, it was such a serene setting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway! !

I loved this place. it's near the BTS. the host is responsive and answered our questions in a timely manner. I'd happily stay here again.

As soon as we arrived, host was kind enough to help us as much as possible with the checkin, he even helped us personally with our luggage. Upon entering the rooms, i found everything to be in a pristine condition along with no noise from outside or adjacent rooms. The parking is also sufficient to find a parking spot at any time of the day. All in all, I would be happy to recommend this place to anyone who wants wo live peacefully with all the nice amenities.

Fantastic place to stay, out of the way of busy Bangkok but everything is still accessible via grab or the bts. Highly recommend staying here and I can’t can’t to return when I’m back in Thailand!

This is a hotel. The owner has several identical apartments. We checked in on the 7th floor, the apartment in real life looks better than in the photos. View of downtown. Clean and tidy. Nearby there is a kayktaxi that will take you to the metro.

Looks exactly like the photos, close to the airport but not much else around. Train station is close. Absolutely loved it, would definitely stay again.

Place is 30km outside of Bangkok center, but it is close to locals (they don't speak English, so it's a great place to learn and practice Thai language), and everything is everywhere. You can just walk out, go one way a mile and if you hadn't found what you were looking for than you must missed it. Very little tourists (not like in center or places like Pattaya) and everything is cheaper than in city center. View outside of the balcony was not great, but It was cool to sit there and it gives a lot of privacy. Staff in the hotel is very helpful and kindful. Other than that great place, and I hope that I'll have an opportunity to visit again

I highly recommend this place! The host was fantastic, providing excellent hospitality. The only drawback is that noise from the corridor is quite noticeable, but overall, it was a great stay!

Kk and Sharon is by far hands down one of the easiest host to work with .Location was a 5 minute walk from BTS and 711 . Check in , response time , and helpfulness was all done promptly and efficiently. Would stay at his units again when I return ! . 100 % recommend

I had a great stay here! The room is beautifully decorated in a clean, modern-minimalist style exactly like the photos. It’s super clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, right near Phra Athit Road in Bangkok. There are plenty of cool cafes and restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the river too. Ekawit was really helpful and responsive, always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I felt very welcome and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!

A Perfect Stay in Bangkok! This loft was an absolute gem—spotless and beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. The linens smelled amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The highlight? Three terraces offering stunning panoramic views of the city—morning coffee and evening sunsets were unforgettable. Karol and Kay were outstanding hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

I’m truly grateful to have been hosted once again by Steve and his team. The entire experience was seamless and highly professional. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed in a minimalist retro style. It had everything needed for a longer stay, and if anything was missing, the team was quick to provide it. The apartment is located in a very modern condo complex in Thong Lo, which is so well-equipped—with its own supermarket, co-working space, two gyms, cinema, several pools, and more—that you hardly ever need to leave. The location right in the heart of Thong Lo, along with the free shuttle service to the BTS, is another big plus. All in all, the stay exceeded my expectations, and I would happily return anytime. -The apartment was extremely clean with a good set of furniture. I stayed here with my wife and 3 year old son and the bed was big enough for all 3 of us -Was super convenient to have a washing machine in the balcony. -Location is a 10/10 Midpoint to almost any location in Bangkok -And lastly, Luke is a brilliant Host Super responsive, very friendly and professional Will come back here again if ever I’m in Bangkok
