Upstairs a lovely living room with glass doors onto granite verandah and beautiful mountain and see views and ensuite master bedroom. Inverter installed so we do not notice the power outages. We have beautiful views over the water and of the Muizenberg Mountains. Surfers Corner Muizenberg is less than 5 mins drive away. We have SOLAR - so weather permitting, no load shedding issues affecting this home! Solar-heated pool, three sundecks and a terrace upstairs with lots of sunbeds, lounge furniture and a swing chair. Pedalo and SUP ready to be enjoyed on the marina. Weber gas grill on front patio.
