It's almost directly below the exit from the ticket gates. 15 minutes by express train to Shinjuku, and direct access to Shibuya. Both Shimo-Kitazawa and Kodokuji are on the same Odakyu Line. Seijo is one of Tokyo's most exclusive residential areas and is also a movie town. Toho Studios is nearby.
