Gamseong Hanok Stay O-Won Stay: A special experience where you can personally play the kayageum, the first instrument of its kind on Hwangnidan-gil

This is a space where you can enjoy a special traditional experience of playing the kayageum yourself inside the accommodation. Aren't you familiar with the kind of trip where you're busy during the day and tired at night? Owens Stay is a private hanok for one group, offering exclusive use of the garden and the entire space. The moment you close the door, the noise disappears, and the pace of your day naturally slows down amidst the garden view, the Jacuzzi, and cozy moments by the fire. The traditional Gayageum experience at the accommodation is a 60-minute program with a regular price of KRW 40,000 per person, but it is offered to guests staying at the accommodation at a special price of KRW 20,000 per person. This experience is perfect for both family trips with children and romantic getaways with a partner. Create moments that are captured in photos and remembered through sound. Breakfast, a Jacuzzi, a fireplace, traditional hanbok, and a tea ceremony experience are provided free of charge, and major historical sites can be reached on foot. 🌿 For customers who make reservations on weekdays (Sunday–Thursday) in March, we will offer the Kayagum experience at a special price of KRW 10,000 per person. Weekdays in March are the best time to enjoy a quiet stay.

The Yaseon Museum of Art is the studio and gallery space of Yaseon Park Junghee, who has been steadily working on Seonhwa using eco-friendly materials such as food and soil on the theme of Namsan Mountain in Gyeongju for the past 25 years. It consists of four cozy traditional houses, and it is a great fortune to be able to see Namsan, which is designated as a World Cultural Heritage, at a glance while standing in the yard. In order to share and communicate the peace and healing time given by nature while working for a long time on Namsan, we organized a 'one-day overnight stay experience' based on the monthly magazine 'Yaeson's Sunhwa, Seonchae, and Sunshik Story (2011-2012)'. Feel the cool breeze of Namsan, take a comfortable night's sleep in the Waseon room while watching the moon and stars in the night sky, and finish with seasonal food and tea made with organic ingredients. For applicants (with material costs), under the guidance of the owner, you can easily experience drawing on the Namsan coastal landscape. The last house in the alley

About 5 minutes by car from the city, on a site of about 400 pyeong or more, there is a 30-pyeong rural house. With a large room, a middle room, and a small room, it is a spacious accommodation with a kitchen and living room structure that is not lacking for families or multiple guests. At the edge of the village, with a forest garden-like feeling, Namsan Mountain seen from the large window indoors, Mueungwangneung Royal Tombs that seems to be captured on a wide deck, a cool hanok view from a low wall, and a path behind the house where you can take a light walk along the Osulloc promenade, all in harmony with the sound of birds all day long, I think it is the best resting place away from the busy daily life. Spacious parking, in-house kitchen amenities, and separate barbecue facilities provide convenience and enjoyment to guests. In particular, the transportation is convenient with the city permit, and the tourist route is close, so it will be satisfactory as a base for a pleasant trip.

El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.
