Holiday rentals with a pool in Mullet Bay Beach

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

Penelope, our hostess, was absolutely amazing; so thoughtful, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Xavier, the 24-hour concierge, was an absolute gem! Always available, incredibly helpful, and made us feel completely taken care of. The daily cleaning service kept everything pristine, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. My friends and I felt pure joy being there. Whether we were lounging by the pool, or looking at the bay's skyline, every part of the experience was peaceful and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a luxurious, serene getaway look no further. We can’t wait to come back!

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Had an amazing stay! The location is perfect location, being that it’s near many restaurants and a few beaches. Definitely recommend renting a car. The place had everything we could need. Love the pools and private beach. Some of the furniture and bed sheets could be updated, but otherwise everything was great. Host was very responsive, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

An exceptional stay!! We spent 3 nights at Coco Beach and we really liked our experience. The place was perfect for 2 couples. Coco Beach was close to the beach and the pool was very nice and clean. Coco Beach has beautiful amenities and is close to many things. We cooked, we went to get a restaurant. Honestly, we could go back without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is in a great location and has a fantastic pool with plane observation deck. Phil is a very responsive and considerate host and we would totally recommend this listing to anyone!

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional. My girlfriend and I were blown away by how clean, comfortable, and well-stocked the place was from water, soda, and sunscreen to even phone chargers. The view of Saint Martin from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking and made our trip even more memorable. We’ve had good hosts before, but Georgi was by far the most helpful and genuinely caring we've ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Great location! Grocery store and many restaurants are all on the same strip in walkable distance!! Left plenty of necessities like towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and dish soap. Over all great place to stay!!

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.
