Jêane was very responsive, communication was very quick and the hosts who stay in the house ahead are nice people. Very simple stay and is in line with the price you pay. The place is really close to the Center of Guaramiranga but its path there is a bit deserted, so I chose to drive downtown. Speaking of which, there is no guaranteed garage, but it is possible to put it nearby if the space is occupied. Overall, I recommend it for those interested in renting a simple stay to sleep and the rest of the time to enjoy what Guaramiranga and region have to offer.

We had a wonderful stay in Guaramiranga. The house is very well-equipped, clean and super cozy. The view is beautiful, perfect for those seeking tranquility. The host was very attentive throughout the stay, always available to help. I highly recommend it!

We liked it a lot! The hostess was very helpful, she answered all our questions. Well-equipped house, all necessary kitchen and cleaning items were available, everything clean and tidy. The location is great, secluded, quiet, with incredible views from the balcony and windows. There's a grocery store a few meters away. Excellent experience.

Cozy house amidst lush nature, perfect for those who like peace. Special mention for Flavia and Evaristo: extremely friendly, helpful, polite and attentive. Having them around made our stay even more special. And what about Flavia's food?! Simply wonderful, perfect. Breakfast, included in the daily rates, is also a big plus.

When I arrived I got lost, not for lack of instruction, but I came from the opposite side of the video I received from Sheila and because it was a well hidden place I was afraid of the climbs and ended up passing straight and then getting lost. After I adapted, it was easy, but the access to the house has a very steep climb that is frightening at first sight. The house is very quiet, I loved it a lot. Lots of contact with nature and Sheila is very helpful and kind.

The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, but personally manages to be even more beautiful and get more details than in the photos they can't show. About access to arrival, there are two paths. The shortest and fastest way is very good! And the long way. The longest path the access is not bad, but it turns out to be 2x than the shortest route. Unfortunately on arrival we took the long way, but on the return we returned by the shortest. Both paths exist only one car passage at a time, but it's quiet. It's not that close to downtown Guaramiranga, but that doesn't diminish the excellent experience at the house. The hostess, Dona Somália, was exceptional with us.
