This homestay is really homie, there are lots of amenities and facilities, there are even things I brought from home that I didn't use, like mosquito nets, prayer mats and others. It's complete, and the price is really worth it

Thank you, Felix, for providing such a nice place to stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a living room, dining table, and kitchen – everything we needed was there. There were also plenty of towels provided, which was very convenient. The staff was very polite and made check-in and check-out easy and smooth. However, although the house itself is nice, the maintenance could be improved. The small garden in front of the wall was overgrown with weeds, and one of the gate lights had fallen and was left unattended. There was no water heater, but it wasn’t a big issue for us – the water was pleasantly warm and refreshing, especially in Surabaya’s climate. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a little more care in upkeep, this place could be even better. Thanks again!

The hosts were very quick to respond and the support team was always ready to help if I needed anything. The house itself was spacious and very nice, perfect for a comfortable stay. It’s located on a busy road and stands by itself, which made access a little inconvenient, but the area is actually quite convenient overall, with Pakuwon and other main places nearby. Would recommend if you’re looking for a large, private space in West Surabaya 👍🏼

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa and had a wonderful time. One of the biggest highlights was that it’s pet-friendly—I was able to bring my furry friend along, and the environment was perfect for both of us. The villa was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was secure and great for pets to roam around safely. I also appreciated the peaceful location, which offered privacy and relaxation, yet was still conveniently close to nearby cafes and shops. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with pets or simply looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to unwind. I would definitely come back again!

Very spacious apartment with 2 rooms, access to the apartment is quite private with an interesting view from the 25th floor, easy to find but need extra time to walk to the mall because you have to make a little detour to get there

Great place to stay in Surabaya, connected to one of the best malls in the city. It is an older property but it is clean and everything works fine, including AC. Would love to stay here again next time I’m in the city.

the price was comparable with the facility. but thats more than enough for me that need a room only for take a break after having my great events at 12.30 am midnight.

Benny the host was very responsive and personally came to meet and greet me in the lobby. His place is worth every penny I spend as it beyond my expectations. I will highly recommend this place if you in Surabaya as the apartment itself is located on podium level next to a massive swimming pool and gym. Kitchen toilet and bedrooms were also very nice and clean and the beds were really comfortable. If back again I will come to Benny apartment again. Thank you Benny for making my stay comfortable.

Vicky responded super quickly and went out of his way to make the place available to us quite spontaneously. Didn't arrive in Surabaya until 12am and yet check-in was super easy. In addition, we were immediately offered a late check-out until 1p.m. Would stay again. Good price-performance ratio.

Jeff's apartment is fantastic! The building has great amenities, and the lobby is especially beautiful. If you love being near malls, the location is perfect. Keep in mind, though, that it's a bit of a trek to reach the city's cultural sites.

Casaluca's room was clean and very accessible. We have no trouble checking in and finding the room ourselves. He also updated the change the room accordingly due to actions of previous tenants. Thank you very being very considerate and responsive!

The appartment has a complete amenities, very clean & in a perfect location. Christine is very responsive and helpfull. She even let me to stay longer in the appartmen as my flight still at 8:00 PM - Thanks a lot Christine :) I will definetly come back the next time I'm visiting my Family in Surabaya.
