Recycled studio room (25 m²) 3 blocks from the sea and 5 blocks from downtown. It has a small kitchen with a gas stove, mini fridge, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils. In addition to linens and air conditioning (hot and cold). A desk for work. Private bathroom. It has a separate entrance, accessed through a distribution hall.
