The house was well equipped with all the necessary amenities and located in a quiet area. There was nothing missing from our family. It's easy to get in touch with the host, Angela and her husband are very nice people. We recommend this peaceful getaway on Ohrid Lake.

Mirce's house is homely and in the most charming neighbourhood of Ohrid - Kaneo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially our meal next door at Fisherman's House and days on the beach under the Church of St John. The house is furnished in a lovely traditional style and filled with family mementos. We made the most of the terrace, where we ate breakfast every morning with ingredients from the bazaar, and drank aperitifs before dinner.

The place is a lovely getaway, its in a quiet little bay with old houses that most of the old owners build themselves. If you want a luxury experience this is not the place, however if you want an amazing authentic Balkan lakeside experience this is definitely the place. The owner, Filip, was extremely helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful and it truly feels like you are in a remote village with all its charms.

Everything was great. The cleanliness of the house was perfect. The balcony view was amazing. It can only be cold for those who go in the winter months. There was no heater except the air conditioner. Even though we were in late September, we were cold at night.

**Amazing Stay in Ohrid's Old Town - Highly Recommend!** We had the pleasure of staying at Slavica's beautiful home in the heart of Ohrid's Old Town, and it was an unforgettable experience. Despite our last-minute booking, Slavica was incredibly accommodating and gracious. She went above and beyond, helping us arrange a car for the next day and even greeting us with delicious, fresh figs from her garden. The home itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of Lake Ohrid from the balcony. Every corner of the house was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Aleksandar place was amazing. I can't find enough words to express how much I liked this apartment. It was very quiet, clean and the kitchens had all of the amenities that you'll need. I aliso liked the little terrace from the room. It's a 15 minutes walk away from the main bus station in Ohrid, 3 minutes away from a supermarket where you could get everything. There is also a private parking in front of the apartment. Or if you plan to use public transport the bus station is 1min away. The Host is very kind and polite and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, he even took me to a short tour in the area. I sincerely recommend this apartment to all his future guests and will be back for sure!!!

The accommodation and contact with Adelka were perfect. The apartment was super equipped and sparkling clean. But the view of the lake was simply magnificent! A quiet and wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. The value was unbeatable. We have been traveling for over two months and this was all in all the best apartment so far. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Grey Apartment hosted by Viktor for 13 nights. The apartment was spotless, spacious and as described. The location was super convenient, so close to everything in Ohrid. Viktor is a great host and very responsive to any queries. The check in/out process is also easy. A special spot - right on the lake. It is the most relaxing, perfect spot - right on the lake so to wake up to the views and the sound of the water was just perfect and so very relaxing. Georgi is the perfect host - knowledgeable, friendly and very welcoming but is also very quiet and unobtrusive. A generous man who picked us up and dropped us back at the bus station and made us feel incredibly welcome with wine, cheese and possibly the most delicious kiwi fruit I’ve ever tasted! We loved our holiday so much we are coming back in September to stay with Georgi again!

House manager Katerina was very interested and gave quick and relevant answers to every question. Everything was thought of at home, there were all kinds of electronic goods (even a tumble dryer). The house was clean and tidy. The photos showed a wider lake view, but we stayed on the lower floor of the two-story building, where the view was a little more limited. If you are coming for the view, clarify which floor you will be staying on. The living room windows are at street level, there is a transparent film on the windows, you can't see inside during the day, but when the lights are on in the evening, you can see inside clearly, there is no tulle, only thick background curtains, when you pull them, the lake view is completely blocked. There is a parking lot for vehicles, we came with our vehicle, the streets are very narrow but we still did not have any difficulty. Ohrid is a small place, you can walk everywhere.

Kiril’s place was absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough good things about it. It was super clean, very peaceful, had a beautiful view from the balcony and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook if you would like. The lake is just a few minutes walk away and the apartment is right next to a little grocery store. Kiril was so friendly and always available. The communication was excellent and I will definitely stay here again if I am back in Ohrid. I felt at home and it made for a truly memorable visit.

Zoran is a tremendous host. This accommodation, which I made with my wife and child, helped us in every sense. The location of the house is 50-100 meters from the lake and I could watch the lake while sitting on the balcony. It made me feel like I was in my own home. He also opened up a very short distance area by the lake, which was reserved for the apartment, for parking. We were very happy with our stay. It was nice getting to know her. We also had the opportunity to have a nice dinner at the restaurant he recommended near the region. Thanks for everything. I'm sure I'll stay here again if I happen to be in the area. 😊

First of all, Igor is a great host, and he was quick to reach him. Her house was quite clean, the bed sheets were freshly washed, the bathroom was freshly cleaned. Igor quickly informed us like a tour guide with the file he prepared. She provided brief but effective information about Ohrid. There was no problem with the heating or cooling of the house. Since the house is also on the hill, it is necessary to take a long climb after getting down to the center, especially you climb a lot of slopes and stairs. The balcony of the house is a common area, you share 3-4 apartments with the same balcony.

Many features of the house were quite luxurious, especially waking up to the lake felt great, we admired the balcony. The host was very helpful during our stay, we would love to come again. 2 days is a very short time for this house, I would love to stay longer. 🥰

First and foremost, Roland was the perfect host, proactively contacting us prior to arrival to collect details for our registration in North Macedonia (government expectation) and picking us up from the bus terminal; making our arrival stress free. The apartment was exactly as described and Roland takes the time to show you around explaining how everything works in the apartment and pointing out the local amenities and points of interest. We exchanged contact details, so he was always available if required, how good is that! Having spent the previous four days in a hotel, as nice as it was, it simply didn't compare to Roland's apartment; in fact it rained heavily all day on one occasion, so we simply cooked for ourselves, relaxed with a glass of wine and watched TV, you can't do that in a hotel room Truly a perfect home from home and well placed to explore Ohrid on foot. The price is better than fair and Roland even arranged a 3hr Airport Transfer for us. Thank you so much Roland

Frosina was easily available and even offered us to check in ahead of time. Had a great stay at her place that is really well located in a quiet but central part of old town. Also loved the wine that was left for us! Free parking places for those who need them were a only a few minutes walk from the place.
