Loft holiday rentals in Munster

For us it was a great stopover on our way down the Wild Atlantic west coast. We enjoy self catering whilst away and this apartment was ideal being well appointed, private and quiet.

Great stay at Edell and Ians place, just a short walk from the centre of Clonakilty and the place was spotless and very comfortable. Would recommend!

Absolutely one of our top Airbnb stays in many years. Peaceful and tranquil yet close enough to conveniences and amenities to the spend days out hiking and exploring while having a quiet escape in the evenings. As a large family it was excellent to have an entire place that could accommodate us all. We also enjoyed having the house and hub separate so we could have separate spaces to both relax and another to eat, play, and socialize. Our kids loved feeding the sheep and playing in the large outdoor spaces and we really enjoyed playing all the games and instruments in the hub. Our hosts provided a generous assortment of kitchen essentials on arrival and there’s a convenience store nearby for other staples. Everything you need for preparing meals, coffee, tea, etc is located in the hub. The hosts are also incredibly gracious and kind - really enjoyed our chats and getting to know them! Highly recommended and we hope to return!

Stayed in Gerard’s extremely nice loft conversion. All the mod cons and a starter pack of food and coffee pods to make us welcome. My disabled sister was particularly impressed by the wonderful Donkey painting :)

Our group stayed with Kathleen and Chris while hiking the Burren way. We absolutely adored our stay and wished we could’ve stayed longer! Kathleen and Chris were so welcoming and sweet, and their property is absolutely dreamy. Breakfast was incredible both mornings. We slept so well! This location was an excellent home base! Cannot recommend enough.

After staying in a few AirBnbs where the hosts don't actually live, arriving at Denis's was like arriving home. His comfortable house, where he has lived for over 10 years, is very beautiful and well-maintained, and we felt very welcome. Denis gave us lots of useful information to help us plan the activities we wanted to do. He also shared with us the harvests from his large greenhouse. The kitchen is very practical, you can do laundry there, there are two bathrooms, one with a bath, and the bedrooms are spacious. Ours had a view of the fields as far as the eye can see behind the house. Located next door to a grocery store and about 20 minutes from Killarney, it's an ideal address for visiting Kerry County (if you have a car). Thank you Denis for your generosity and take good care!

Sharon was so welcoming and facilitated late check in for us as we arrived very late. The linens were immaculate hand the scones and jam and milk a welcomed treat on arrival! Great walking distance to pubs and live music

Shelia's place had the perfect space for both of us to stay comfortably in . The loft had a comfy matress and ample space to lay the head down for a good night's sleep . The accomodation catered for self catering was clean comfy while compact but perfect to use as a base to tour the beautiful countryside . It was close by car to two towns ballydehob & schull which had nice restaurants and pubs to spend our evening. We found the loft accomodation was a great price for the area and shelia was on hand if we needed assistance. Definitely would recommend this as a base for anyone that wishes to visit this beautiful part of the country .

The accommodation is perfect; it has everything you need and was spotless. The farm is peaceful, and there are many things to do in the area. Sean and Rosalleen are the best hosts; they make you feel at home, always checking if everything is well, and provide excellent local recommendations. And their dog, Buddy, is so adorable that it's hard not to fall in love with him. We just had one problem: we had to leave. Hopefully, we will go back to stay there again.

That was a very nice experience. The room is great, big enough with storage space and a bed that is comfortable, while the view is amazing. The kitchen has anything you may need to feel like home, and the house in total is in very good condition. Very conveniently placed next to a local super market, and the train station is 2min drive. The village is small and pretty quite, but Killarney is ~20min drive (or train or bus but a little longer) and the town there is 110% worth visiting. Denis was a very kind and pleasant host throughout the entire stay, and the check-in and check-out were very welcoming and heart-warming. His dog is also an extra highlight for someone who appreciates their companion. Definitely recommending this place.

What a stunning and beautiful place. You’re literally at the end of the country, looking out at the Atlantic. If you want to just check out and be close to the see and sky, I highly recommend. The Loft is a lovely, spacious and well equipped space. Everything you need is provided. Great space for a couple or family. I wish I’d seen it under starry skies! Crookhaven, Schull and Balleydehob are an easy drive for exploring. My only small things to be aware - drive to the Loft isn’t ideal for low cars. Also, given the remote location and drive there, I wouldn’t plan on going out to dinner and coming home in the dark. But that’s just me. Once I was at the property in the evening I didn’t leave. Small things, but just have in mind. It’s an exceptionally beautiful place and I feel lucky to have stayed here and had this experience.

James and Nicole have a beautiful place! Extremely clean and well stocked. All of our needs were met. James was a great help with local recommendations on the town. Can't get into words how cozy the loft was. Location was absolutely fantastic for walking to places in town too! We'll be visiting again for sure!

The places is fabulous and the photos don't do the view justice. Everything from communication to meeting us, the place is really spotless. Two large double bedrooms, large openplan livingroom and kitchen with all amenities. Sean even gave us some closeby recommendations a great place to stay

Doing Ring of Kerry? Check out this perfectly positioned local spot that has easy access to Dingle, Kinsale, Gap of Dunlow. When you’re all done adventuring you can have an intimate drink on the roof top deck or enjoy the loft style living room if raining. Great hosts that didn’t hesitate to address any question or need.
