Upton Hill Cottage is a self-catering 2BR cottage 20 minutes drive into the hills from the Hume Freeway. It is surrounded by vineyards, cherry orchards, pastures & bushland. At 475m ASL the cottage has panoramic views of the Strathbogie Ranges & Goulburn Valley to. Guests can meet the livestock, ramble, birdwatch, cycle, observe native flora & fauna, fish, do scenic tours, marvel at the ancient granite formations of the unique Strathbogie batholith, & enjoy local wineries, music & restaurants.

Cosy 1 bedroom farm stay guesthouse

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to the Euroa to There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

The fabulous new kitchen means you can cook, but if thats not in your holiday plan there are great cafes and restaurants nearby.

Studio 237 is a modern, self contained apartment upstairs with private balcony. A BBQ is supplied on the balcony as well as limited cooking facilities in the kitchen including convection/microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.

Avenel is a great launching pad for all that the Strathbogie region has to offer - art, history, wine and some fabulous restaurants.

Self contained 2 bedroom apartment located at the end of large machinery shed on our farm. Sit on the verandah and enjoy the outlook onto the Stathbogie Ranges. 7km to Avenel. Please let us know if you need help with finding things to do or places to eat at. You cannot get bored in this region!
