Cozy cottage with pool and tennis court

Enjoy this charming cottage, located on a one-hectare property with a swimming pool, tennis court (damaged...) and pétanque court, near the wine regions of Sancerre and Pouilly, in the village of Bulcy. This small house has been fully renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle with three remaining towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is available near the cottage.

La Joncière

Charming farmhouse on the outskirts of Nevers and Magny-Cours, located in a pretty country village. Due to its proximity to the highway (5 km), you can quickly reach Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre for wonderful winery tours, as well as Nevers. Ideal for family gatherings, you can enjoy the swimming pool (not heated), beautiful walks in the forest, and a multi-sport field. The house is in the heart of the village. Loud groups or parties are strictly prohibited.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
