Very nice condo. Clean, neat, tidy, comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped for a vacation rental. Very nice location so near to the beach. Did I say clean? Loved that. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

Melissa’s cottage was exactly like the description and photos! So cute and so close to the beach and to downtown! The sauna was such an extra bonus. We used it everyday. Great place to stay and would definitely stay again!!!

Natalie’s place is just perfect . It is updated with nice furnishings, great patio to look onto the rail trail and have your coffee or listen to the tree frogs at night. The bed was very comfortable . The kitchen is well stocked . The whole place was very clean and rooms are big and airy. Walk right down the creek trail 8 mins to Doheny Beach and park . Doheny Cafe is the with great fish tacos , breakfast and lunch and a bar for happy hour. There is always live entertainment there . Walk out to the jetty and watch the seals play in the water. All just a quick walk from the air bnb . Walk the other way to Capistrano beach which leads your to San Clemente . Natalie is very responsive to every question. Easy check in . Don’t miss this great spot !

Aubrey's place was beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but still within walking distance from all of our favorite places in Oceanside.

The space was cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Justin was very easy to communicate with throughout our trip. The place was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and had amazing restaurants and shops less than a 5 minute drive away. Amazing price for what you get and cheaper than hotels in the area!

We stayed at Jay's place for a week. We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law who just had a baby and the apartment was 1 mile from where they live. I would say the location is exceptional to restaurants, markets and overall shopping. The beach was a 20 minute drive. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the essential necessities. Jay was quick to respond whenever we had a question. The living room was cozy and comfortable. Loved the LOCATION - right in the heart of Avenida Del Mar and its shops, coffeehouses and restaurants. There was even a Farmers Market on my Sunday morning. And the STYLE you see in the listing definitely comes through. Simple decor, very spacious by “studio” standards - that includes the bathroom, which has two sinks. Michael was extremely RESPONSIVE to a couple small items, which I appreciated so much. Finally - the PARKING on the back side of the building is a major bonus, as the main street tends to be crowded on weekends. I highly recommend!

Beautiful location and luxurious accommodations. Plenty of space for families traveling together. Lots of storage. The view is unreal, and the proximity to the water is perfect. The noise from the Strand can be loud at times but the doors do a good job of blocking the sound. We enjoyed the fire pit that runs on propane at night to make s’mores. We had a beautiful multi generational girls trip. Can’t wait to go back.

We loved our stay at Shikai's condo! There was ample room for our family to hang out in the living room and balcony. The bedrooms were comfortable, two with attached bathrooms. And the closets in two of the bedrooms were big enough for a pack and play so the infants each had a quiet and dark space. The entire condo was clean and welcoming ... after you go up the 34 stairs to get to the living area ... but the view out the windows and on the balcony was stunning! We felt like we were in the penthouse of a posh hotel. To be clear, all of the living space is on one level, it's just upstairs. I would love to stay there again if we have another family function in the area. Garage parking was also a plus. Also, communication with Shikai was easy and he was very responsive. All in all, our family all gave this listing an enthusiastic two thumbs up.

One of my favorite SoCal Surf towns. Sara's place was super comfy and large for a studio space. I loved the efficiency of the kitchen, the fact that I could sleep with windows open to the cool sea breeze nightly and the offer of an e-bike to. get around on a busy beach holiday weekend. The space is well insulated for sound from the back unit, very quiet as is the neighborhood. I loved the front patio for sunset sky gazing and a glass of wine in the evenings. Sara is super responsive and clued me in to the best street taco's outside of mexico ($1.49 each....deal!) just a 5 minute walk away. Plus a great walk to the state beach 15 minuets away. I will be back!

Suzie was wonderful and accommodating. The rental was clean, huge soaker tub and surprisingly quiet right next to the train. Very good value. Balcony looks over a gorgeous pool and very modern outdoor space. Only issue I had was parking bc I didn't understand the instructions and felt terrible when I was notified by the spot owner that the spot doesn't match the room number. Found out parking is down one level, a bit far but still very accessible . Spot number should have been included on instructions. aside from that my time was very comfortable there. Thanks for having us!

Great stay, our host was very helpful in their local recommendations. The home was also very well maintained with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Perfect for a weekend trip with the comfort of a nice community.

Ann was a great host! My husband and I ended up leaving a night early bc a fire had broken out in a nearby area and Ann was extremely kind! She refunded us a portion of our stay willingly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much, Ann!

we have stayed here twice and will stay again. they were doing some construction on the building we were staying in but workers were considerate on time not to start too early or work too late. always peaceful and beach close by. we have stayed at many other places this is by far our favorite

Cindy’s place was an amazing home base for our weekend and Ironman race! Loved being able to walk to coffee, dinner, the beach. And it is right next to transition if you are here for the Ironman. The place was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and Cindy is an awesome host.

It was a nice place to stay for a month. Veena was very responsive to my inquiries and questions. It was a good location and the bed was extremely comfortable. It worked great for me.

We LOVED this condo! The views are amazing! The place is clean and so cozy. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen that we've had in a rental. I especially loved the griddle and large pots! The owners are kind and responsive. The neighbors are also very nice. We did not want to leave. I hope we get the chance to come back!

Ray was a wonderful host, highly recommend whenever you’re in the area! He was very flexible, kind, proactive, and helpful. We had everything we needed, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

Location to beach was great! Property was beautiful! Nice pool and hot tub. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room all as pictured and nice. Juan was great to communicate with! Area is a little noisy to sleep with windows open at night. We left windows open during the day and used the fans at night with windows closed. Having fans on ceilings and provided in the bedrooms was nice. We were not hot while sleeping.

We enjoyed staying at Robyn's place for the weekend. It was exactly like the photos and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was very easy to check-in and Robyn was great at responding to us.

As a family of five, we have traveled quite a bit and Sheila’s condo was clean, beautiful, beachy, updated, generously stocked. Location was in a beautiful area. We also appreciate that it was gated; the security guards were always welcoming with us. Grocery stores are nearby and as soon as you drive out towards Gelson’s grocery you see the beautiful ocean right there. Sheila was also very gracious to answer our questions in a timely fashion.
