This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. The BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit, which were previously paid, are now all free of charge. Firewood is also free of charge. I stay in Tokyo every summer and winter vacation, but I couldn't find the following accommodation, so I decided to make it myself. * Spacious enough for a family of 5 * There is a play room that can be enjoyed even on rainy days * Close to the station and good access to the city center * There is a big park nearby * There are many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants nearby We thought there might be families with similar needs around the world, so we decided to list our home on Airbnb in the hopes that other families would use it while we were away. Shinjuku Station is 15 minutes away, and Wadabori Park, the largest in Tokyo, is nearby, where you can enjoy cherry blossoms and autumn leaves.
