This apartment is perfect because from here it's close to all the bars, restaurants and the city center. At the end of the street there is plaza la Merced. This apartment is just renovated. We have airco in the bedroom and living room. The walk to the lockerbox is 4 minutes, we are not allowed to but it on our wall downstairs unfortunally. In the living room you will hear city noise, because we are located in old town. The bedroom is on the other side of the building, so no city noise there 🙏

A well-equipped modern one bed apartment with large outside terrace. In a residential street next door to the Glass Museum and a five minute walk to all central amenities, bars, tapas bars, restaurants and museums. The nearest beach at La Malagueta is a 20 minute walk away.
