Our apartment is comfortable, safe, warm, new furniture, 1 double bed, 32 inch TV, living room sofa for 2 people, 50 inch LED TV, 2 air conditioners and 2 fans, separate kitchen, 300 meters from Bv. Oroño and Pichincha, 250 meters from the river, 100 meters from a pharmacy, supermarket, 5 minimarket, ice cream parlor, laundry, everything you need. Covered parking on the same block for a fee. Free street parking after 8:00 PM and 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
