Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Beautiful old manor house from 1870 has been lovingly restored and modernized where necessary. The apartment is on the ground floor. In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.

Great for relaxing, swimming, fishing, boating or just enjoying all the beautiful boats that pass by on the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms overlooking the Maas and has all the comforts. Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home. The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.
