And if you put your luggage with us on a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the award-winning Seine. Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland,lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. wifi(fiber) throughout the house.

In a large holiday home with a refined atmosphere, the apartment is ideally located 5 min walk from the center in a quiet street, a few steps from the port/beach. It can accommodate 3 families. Located on the 2nd floor, it consists of a large living area (sofa bed) and two bedrooms (140 cm bed/2 90 cm pull-out beds). The shared garden is enclosed and equipped. It is exposed to the southwest. Free street parking, Wi-Fi, pets allowed, childcare equipment on request, bike shelter.

Welcome to Villa Germaine, house with direct views of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I renovated with the aim of welcoming you for a Burgundian getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be happy to help you have a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.
