Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mustafapaşa

The place is great. If you are type of guest who are not comfortable to wear shoes all the time inside a house, do not forget to bring an indoor slippers to keep your feet warm.

Rukiye Hanım gerçekten çok ilgiliydi. Bize gezip görebileceğimiz yer önerilerinde de bulundu. Konaklama boyunca ne zaman istesek anında mesajlarımıza yanıt verdi. Eve giden yollar dardı. aracımızın büyük oluşundan dolayı biraz zorlandık fakat park konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Evin önünde genişçe bir otopark alanı buluyor. Dışarısı sıcakken içerisinin serin oluşu bizi fazlasıyla rahatlattı.

The host warmly welcomed us on our arrival. The room was exactly as described. Street parking was easy. The location is central to the region, and it was directly in the path of the daily balloon flights. Late in our stay we had a slight plumbing issue and the host was working on it within 5 minutes. Also, the host is knowledgeable about services offered in the region. We highly recommend Route Capadocia, and would definitely stay again. The host and his family are kind, warm and friendly people.

The house was perfect for our short visit in Cappadocia, both bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, well maintained and had cozy, authentic decor. The view from the terrace was beautiful! You can see the hot air balloons early in the morning! The kitchen had basic amenities, there is no oven or microwave, but this was not a problem for us. There are many café and restaurants within walking distance in lovely, quiet Avanos. Mr Abdullah was very friendly, helpful and organised our departing taxi. We had an amazing time, I would definitely recommend staying at Sude’s houses!

I loved staying here. The home is very large and looks better than in the pictures. Lots of privacy. Easy to walk to restaurants. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Home was perfectly clean. Host was very helpful with assisting tour and taxi scheduling.

First and foremost the host is such a friendly and helpful person, he is so kind. 2nd the place is very good, kitchen has everything which is a huge extra point. And last but not least the location is AMAZING, it is near to many important places to see in Cappadocia, also very near to markets and restaurants street. Definitely recommended, and definitely a go to for my next visit to Cappadocia 🙏💜

This property was beautiful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed the view from property, you can see the full landscape; also you can clearly see the balloons taking off everyday. Even though the house is located about a 5mins walk (downhill/uphill) from the main strip ans restaurants; renting a car from the airport worked out great for us because all the must see are far apart and the taxi stands not so close by . If this property had a washer on site it would have be PERFECTION.

Absolutely beautiful place with fantastic hosts. We felt like at home. The hosts always kept in touch (they are living above the apartament), asked if anything else was needed. We communicated via Google Translate, which was absolutely no problem. The hosts helped on the road and sent geolocation. The hosts helped also with the entertainment: they helped organize the air balloon flight, told us what to see in the area. They also treated us with delicious home-cooked food - and we were able to "try" Turkey from its different sides. The apartment itself is large and comfortable: 3 bedrooms, 2 wc and 2 shower places, large kitchen. It has its own entrance. In warm weather, you can set up a table and eat on the balcony. You can park your car next to the house. There is a small grocery store 200 meters from the house. But the greatest joy was truly the care of the owners, where for a moment we became part of their family. Thank you ❤️

Bulent'in evi sehirin tam ortasinda, bulmasi cok kolaydi. Eve girme konusunda hic sorun yasamadik. Ev fotograflarda gorundugu gibi bakimli, temiz ve ihtiyaclari karsilayacak duzeydeydi. Bulent yakin cevre konusunda bilgi verdi, tavsiyelerde bulundu. Her sorumuza kisa surede cevap verdi. Iletisim konusunda hicbir sorun yasamazsiniz. Birkac kucuk uyari, tavan alcak oldugu icin eger boyunuz 1.90 seviyesindeyse basık gelebilir. Biz klimaya ihtiyac duymadik ama klima da diger bir eksik sayilabilir. Bunun haricinde iyi bir deneyimdir. Tavsiye ederim.

Zarife Hanım evi bulmamız için bize yardımcı oldu. Konumu çok merkeziydi. Evde bulaşık deterjanından çamaşır deterjanına kadar her şey vardı. Temiz ve düzenliydi. Ev sahipleri çok kibardı ve bize kek ikramında bile bulundular. Tek kötü yanı çift kişilik yatak çok ses çıkarıyordu ve rahatsızdı. Yatağın değişmesi gerek. Onun dışındaki her şeyden memnun kaldık.

resimlerde göründüğünden daha buyuk ve genisti. evde bizim icin hersey temin edilmisti ve pırıl pırıldı gercekten. ev göreme merkezde. Bu sayede dışarıda gereksiz harcama yapmak zorunda kalmadık gezdik, geldik öğlen yemeğimizi evde yedik kahvelerimizi evde içtik öğlen sıcağından sonra tekrar başka bölgeye gezmeye gittik. Bu anlamda inanılmaz konforluydu. memnune hanım mesajlarimiza en geç 5 dk içerisinde dönüş yaptı ve ara ara bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordu. çok ilgili ve tatliydilar. herkese tavsiye ederim. gerçekten evimizde gibi hissettik. ev önden-1. kat ama cok guzel ışık alıyor ve çok serin oluyor yaz için çok ideal yemeklerimizi ve kahvelerimizi önünde ki minik bahçe gibi alanda yedik içtik kimse sizi görmüyor ama merkezdesiniz onun konforunu yaşadık. market 15 saniye yürüyüş mesafesinde

Daire, Avanos yolu üzerinde, kolay bulunabilir ve ulaşılabilir bir konumda yer alıyor. Hem binanın önünde hem de sokağın karşı tarafında araç park edilebilecek birçok alan var. 70-80 metre mesafede aradığınız birçok şeyi bulabileceğiniz bir market mevcut. Kendinizi evinde hissedebileceğiniz, her şeyin eksiksiz, düzenli ve samimi olduğu bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Yağmur Hanım check in saatimiz öncesi tüm detayları bizimle iletişime geçerek paylaştı. Özelliklerde de belirtildiği gibi asansör bulunmadığı için 2 kat çıkarak daireye ulaşıyorsunuz. Daire ve mobilyalar yeniydi, içeri girdiğimizde bizi ikramlar karşıladı 😊 Bulaşık makinesi, çamaşır makinesi gibi uzun süreli konaklamalarda kolaylık sağlayacak imkanlar mevcut. Konaklamamız boyunca hiçbir eksiklik hissetmedik, Yağmur Hanım’a çok teşekkür ederiz 😊

Todo estuvo excelente, la anfitriona muy atenta en todo momento, el apartamento es tal cual como se muestra en fotos, un lugar muy tranquilo, cerca hay varios market, goreme está a 12 minutos en carro, recomiendo este lugar.

Our family of four enjoyed our time at this stay. The kitchen had the kitchen equipment needed to prepare meals (no microwave) and we were within walking distance of several grocery stores (Migros had most everything we needed). We liked not being located right in the heart of the touristy area and enjoyed seeing the local people go about their daily business. The touristy part of Urgup is ~10 minute walk down the main road. It was a bit of a drive to get to some of the sites, but we didn't mind that. We enjoyed seeing the balloons in the distance from the balcony. The place offered plenty of space for four people, with 2 bedrooms, a large living area, and 2 outside areas. It was between 70-85 Fahrenheit during our stay and it never got overly warm inside without air conditioning. I will note that no shampoo / bath soap is provided and we were unable to find trash bags or toilet paper beyond the one of each provided. Not a deal killer, but good to know going in.

Osman is a very good host who welcomed us at the road we dropped from taxi and showed us around in the apartment. The apartment is spacious and very clean, air conditioning is good and bathrooms are provided with shower amenities. Laundry machine is easy to use and it’s only a few minutes walk from the town center and supermarkets like BIM and A101.

Serdar beyi, sağ olsun, ilgili, seviyeli, yardımsever bir ev sahibi olması hasebiyle bu tatilimizde memnuniyetle tanımış olduk. Pek çok şehir ve evde bulunurken dahi kendisinin duyarlılığı hatrımızdaydı. Temiz, düzenli ve bakımlı bir evde ağırlandığımız için kendisine teşekkürümüzü yineliyoruz. Güzergahımızdaki tüm şehirlerde sivrisinek sorunu genelleşmişti. Belki bulup da yakıştırılacak bir kusur(!) varsa o da sinekliğin eksik oluşudur dairede.. Velhasıl Serdar bey gibi profiller bu platformların daha güvenli ve seyahatlerin kötü sürprizlerden arınmış olması için gayet önemli. Tercihe şayan.
