I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The little helper is also very cute and kind, the explanation and introduction are very complete, and the housekeeper and the landlord respond super promptly. We had booked the villa for 3 nights. During the booking process the owner responded very fast and did follow up with warm hospitality. On check in day, he would obtain our vehicle number to inform gate security in advance so we don’t have any problem when getting in. The nice lady who opened door for us explained the facilities and rules to us very details. The villa is clean and prefect for families and friends group as most of the bed are double bed with own bathroom so you can have 3 families of 4 stay in the same villa without queuing for bathroom. Entertainment facilities are well organised and thoughtful, it have pool table, karaoke and BBQ facilities, not to mention the clean and beautiful pool. Check out process were very smooth too, the lady came on time and check everything and let us leave the villa gave us enough time to catch our flight. We highly recommend to book with Eddie.

I had a good rest on my trip. I'll make a reservation if I can go next time.

my family really enjoyed our stay in this home. The lady owner was so friendly with a lovely smile. The pool was the main attraction and the kids had hours of fun in it. not to far from Pattaya beach 10 minutes by car and a short grab ride to nightlife. cant recommend too much will definitely be back

We stayed for a month (low season – May). The villa is well maintained, with a warm pool, bright living spaces, and all the amenities you need. The host was welcoming, and the housekeeper kindly handled our laundry for a few hundred bahts. Fast and mostly stable Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen (even though we didn’t cook). Very few insects or mosquitoes. Quiet and safe neighborhood, some light visibility to neighbors but the area was mostly empty. Shower pressure was a bit low. Having a scooter or car is ideal, but Grab and Bolt work well from the villa.

I really enjoyed the place it’s quiet and peaceful. You’re close to beach and everywhere else. The pool was my favorite part. I would definitely stay again.

Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.

It was my first Airbnb stay and I was not disappointed. The villa is very large and has a great location. Particularly noteworthy is the big Swimmingpool and the beautiful furnishings. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very nice and friendly and accommodating. All in all, I would book the villa again. Many thanks for the wonderful time.

We came with a group of 6 people for a month. The accommodation exceeded all our expectations - very clean and comfortable. 1st floor - huge common area (kitchen, TV with sofa and billiards) and 1 shower with toilet, 2nd floor - 2 rooms with 1 bed without own toilets, 1 room with 2 beds and its own toilet, and shared toilet on the second floor. Excellent, comfortable beds with high-quality and clean linen, all necessary appliances. By the way, even before our arrival and check-in, we noticed that there is no washing machine in the property, I wrote to the host and it was put for us! It's 10/10. There is also a patio with a nice and clean pool with a jacuzzi. The hosts are very responsive, and literally a few minutes after the message is ready to help - the caretaker behind the house lives nearby. In a month, we had a variety of issues that were resolved as quickly as possible. A small important detail is not a very convenient location. The city is 25 minutes by taxi, shops are a 10-minute walk, but there is nothing else around. I would recommend 10/10

Absolutely loved this place. Such a cool layout with a great swimming pool with 2 water slides (1 big, 1 small) plus pool inflatables. The beds were comfortable and the place felt super spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

It's definitely the best choice! 7-11 is a 5-minute walk away There's a BIG C a little further away. Transportation is relatively smooth compared to other places The host is very friendly and can respond immediately

We really loved our stay here. So many great things about this condo. The view was great, we appreciated the kitchen with good quality frypan and that it had everything we needed except no toaster or drinking glasses. The condo was extremely clean and there was good communication with the manager. Undercover parking was perfect. We liked to drive to Bang Saray where there’s a great Italian restaurant and a night food market. Also we drove to the resort on either side of the property for a beachfront meal ad it was great! It was lovely to lay by the pool with such a great view. The bed was a bit small and wobbly for us (we are foreigners) but we managed ok. I am glad we took our own pool towels. It was easy to get Lotus grocery delivered and I loved cooking some of our own meals. Grab delivery also easy. Extremely quiet and peaceful with no sleeping in as the light shines in through the front door in the mornings. Amazing that someone met us promptly our requested checkout 6.30am!
