Small cabin by the sea in Nacka

We are renting out this little charming house with a sea view. Perfect for those who want close to Stockholm but stay close to nature. Located right by Nackareservatet and it takes about 20-30 minutes by bus to Stockholm (nearby Slussen). The house has a sleeping loft with room for two people, a small kitchen and toilet with shower as well as a small lounge with two armchairs. There is a small patio and possibility to borrow kayaks. You can also rent a small motor boat located in the harbor in front of the house.

The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Cinema, pool table, sauna, 4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 1 bunk beds) 30 mins bus to Stockholm centre. 5 mins to beaches, skiing, cafes, shops, hiking. The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.
