Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Fully newly-built apartment in the villa! Sleeps 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You'll get a code for the door from the host on the day of arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Electric car charging box is also available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

Nice sunny plot from morning till night, perfect for play, swimming and barbecue evenings. 10 minutes by car you will come to Stockholm's inner city for shopping or lovely swimming areas with cozy cafes on Lidingö.
