Great basement apartment in the heart of Viosen. Sleeps up to 6 people. Pets allowed. Simple furnished kitchen with combi oven and dishwasher. Washing machine in bathroom. Parking is just outside. Wireless internet. Impeccable west/south facing view of Snåsavatnet and Viosen Marina. Walking distance to Viosen beach with swimming facilities and canoe rental, Snåsa city center (shops, train station, Snåsa church, café). Close to Saemien Sijte. Snåsa also offers fantastic nature and opportunities for both hunting and fishing.

Lissenget farm

Access to lakes, mountains and fresh water. Approximately 50 km of marked hiking trails on site. Cafeteria about 1 km from the place, opportunities to rent a boat and kayak on site. This is an older building from 1930 that has been partially renovated with kitchen, bathroom and 2nd floor with bedrooms. Due to a lot of lime in the water, it may look like bathtubs, toilets, sinks and partly also cups are not cleaned. This is due to lime deposits from the lime in the water, and can give the impression of poor cleaning.

Kommer i løpet av juli Hytta har en nydelig utsikt over øyvannet, hvor det byr på ørret, sjøørret, røye og laks. Flytebrygge rett nedenfor hytte, hvor man kan bade fra. Sykkelløype utenfor hytta på sommeren, skiløype(av og til) på vinteren. Ypperlig område for fjellturer og jakt. Svortstranda ligger ca 800m lengre bort, populært for barna. Fri tilgang til felles badstue som også ligger like ved hytta.

Hytta ligger like ved sjøen, med bilvei frem til hyttedøra. Nydelig utsikt ut mot havet, Hurtigruta passerer like nedenfor hytta. Inkl Unikt utsiktspunkt 100 meter fra hyttedøra. Rolige omgivelser. Fine turområder og Mulighet for fiske like nedenfor hytta. Hytta har 3 soverom, med ca 5-6 sengeplasser. Kjøkken, strøm, innlagt vann, og oppvaskmaskin Nytt bad inkl dusj og toalett Dyner og puter er tilgjengelig. Sengetøy må leietakere ha med selv. Hund kan være med, men vis hensyn til naboer

 Denne fantastiske perlen har sin helt egen atmosfære. Hytten ligger i forfriskende, rolige og solfylte omgivelser med kveldssolen midt i mot. Her har du mulighetene til å lade opp batteriene i en ellers så hektisk hverdag, enten ved å krype godt under pleddet i sofaen, se på tv, nyte tiden foran peisen og med noe varmt i koppen eller godt i glasset. Hytten har plass til 6 stk, kanskje flere hvis fleksibel. Velkommen.

Kom til Sjysjøen og bo i samspill med naturen. Denne enkle hytta er et flott utgangspunkt for fredelige døgn, friluftsaktiviteter i område eller hyttekos i den koselige stua. Hytta ligger 1km fra bilvei, 100m fra Sjysjøen med gratis fiskemuligheter. Ta med vanntette sko, veien kan være våt. Huset har to soverom med senger på 120cm, kjøkken med gass bluss for kokemuligheter, kjøleskap og mobillader. Utedo. Ikke elektrisitet eller innlagt vann, vann hentes i bekk. *Sauer i området om sommeren*.

Dette er også havørnas rike, og det går fint an å avtale tur ut i den vakre skjærgården på sightseeing med verten som har egen båt. Velkommen til et paradis.
