Marta and Osama are very friendly hosts. They make sure you feel right at home in their place. The room was very clean and spacious. They provide a traditional breakfast for free every morning, which we really enjoyed. Their place is located in a peaceful area. It was easy and cheap to get the ferry back and forth to the main land (since the Airbnb is located on an island). They have a rooftop that has great views! Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

El lugar es un pequeño hotel muy lindo en una isla súper tranquila, si quieres descansar del bullicio de las ciudades en Egipto este es el lugar, nadar en la playa que recomienda (tienes que tomar un bote) o frente al hotel es fantástico, toma en cuenta que para cualquier movimiento es necesario tomar un barco Tamer siempre lo consigue rápido y a tiempo! Ya ayuda de Tamer en organizar las visitas fue perfecta! Gracias!!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits magiques chez Tamer. Le lieu est propre, les hôtes accueillants. Nous avons pris nos dîners sur place, la cuisine est locale et délicieuse, le petit déjeuner typique égyptien est parfait. Tamer nous a organisé une journée à Abu simbel et Assouan puis le transfert à Louxor. Le chauffeur était professionnel et très gentil et le véhicule impeccable. Bonus pour le restaurant de poisson conseillé à Abu simbel. Nous avons également été à Philae en bateau. Si vous aimez la nature, le calme et vivre une expérience simple et locale alors foncez.

Le seul appartement de haut standing trouvé dans Aswan. Arrivé le soir à 23h, l’hôte à réussi à nous préparer une journée pour Abu Simbel le lendemain pour 6h du matin. Je recommande!

Hi, Pros: The apartment is at a very good location facing the Nile River. Nice Balcony with cozy view..walkable distance to Market and Eatery. Lively place with a river front. The building has a security guard all the time. The owner of the apartment Monty is very responsive and friendly. He allowed us an early check in without any extra charge. We had an issue of power cut but he came within 10 mins of calling him and fixed it. Cons: The only issue we found was in one of the bathroom, the commode seat was broken and in another one the jet spary was not working. We were having early trips so we did not bother at that time calling Monty but could have been easily fixed if we would have let Monty know.

I think this place was the best hotel we experienced throughout our Egypt round trip. Cozy, comfortable beds and pillows, awesome family cooked meals and friendly staff. The place and the view are peaceful and relaxing. If you’re looking for a break of the Egyptian hustle, this is the perfect location to stay. Thank you Tamer for being a great host!

Best place ever found in egypt, I would go again, the sight is worthless. It’s out side the downtown and that’s perfect, no one is hassling you and the prices for food and activities seem pretty fair.

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, with great attention to detail and interior design that perfectly reflects the local character and charm of the area. The view from the rooms was stunning, and the shared space was ideal for relaxing and taking in the serene surroundings. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast that included traditional local dishes. Our host was exceptionally accommodating, always available to assist and helped us plan excursions to nearby sightseeing spots. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, aesthetically pleasing, and spotless stay in Aswan.
