Let's make a healthy “one soup, three side dishes” meal using fermented seasonings. The menu includes grilled chicken marinated in red miso, vegetable and tofu soup (soy sauce flavor), rolled omelet, sesame-dressed mung bean sprouts, rice balls, and a basic dashi stock. If you do not like chicken, we can also substitute it with “grilled salmon with shiokaji.” If you would like to make this request, please let us know at the time of booking. If no request is made, we will prepare the dish with chicken. After your meal, enjoy a matcha tea experience. If you have any allergies, please let us know in advance.
