The house has all the amenities for 6 people. It's spacious, quiet and comfortable. Very close to Av. Bustillo. Ideal.

The house is unbeatable. Better than what you can see in the photos. Location close to the civic center and the main walks and ski centers. The place is safe and has many amenities. It is very warm and all the rooms are always warm from floor to ceiling. The beds are super comfortable and the blankets and pillows are good quality. Everything is extremely new, clean and in perfect condition. The bathrooms are huge, with a good shower and shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap. The machine washes and dries clothes, which is very good. The kitchen is FULLY equipped to do everything, with a gas stove and oven, coffee maker, bread toaster, and many other things. The grill and the outside patio are very nice with wood and charcoal available. It is by far the best cabin in Bariloche. An important point for Nora's attention and kindness, which is readily available to clarify everything and help with whatever is needed. Highly recommended, don't hesitate to choose it

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much ☺️ Perfect for a family of 2-3 people. There is a firepit, BBQ on the property. There are trees, roses and melissa growing. The house is warm because there is a heated floor. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and thanks to the heavy blanket, you fall asleep faster. Kitchen is equipped with all you need for cooking. There is tea, coffee, cocoa, spices and oil. There is a washing machine and laundry detergent. Couldn't sleep the first night because of the neighbor's dog's loud barking, but it was quiet the rest of the nights. Sometimes the internet went down, but it wasn't critical for us. We were without a car, so there is little choice of places nearby and they are not always open to keep this in mind. From the establishments, we recommend a burger shop. Within a walking distance there is a mini supermarket, a supermarket, a lake, a park. Cris allowed us to check in a little earlier and later check out. Shared with map and local recommendations.

The house is beautiful! The photos reflect quite well what it is, but in person it is even more beautiful. It is super equipped The views are a dream, the whole environment adds a lot of peace and beauty to the experience. Serena's service was excellent. He always responded quickly and willingly every time we wrote to him. Even when I told him that one of the hair dryers wasn't working, he offered to replace it right away, although it wasn't necessary because there were two others available. When we arrived, he had already left the heating on so that we were comfortable from the first moment. He also recommended activities to do and places to shop, which was very helpful. The only thing to mention is that on the last day there was a general power outage throughout Bariloche, and they forgot to warn us. Since we hadn't charged the devices during the night, Serena was very understanding and allowed us to extend the check-out time to be able to charge cell phones in the car. 10/10

Excellent accommodation, away from the centers but in the midst of nature, which is what we were looking for! Mountain views and the house is super cozy. My wife and I really liked it!!! Communication with Maria Fernanda was great too!

Lucas was an excellent host. He always answered everything, it was a trip with friends, my friends blocked the bathroom, we solved it, however Lucas was attentive to everything, it was difficult for us to get used to handling the alarm of the house and he also explained everything very calmly and patiently. The housekeeping was excellent. Although the blankets on the bed in the main bedroom had some black substance (I never knew what it was), it looked like paint. However, the rest of 10. It is located in a super quiet neighborhood, my Buenos Aires friends were scared because according to them in the south they steal a lot😂, but then they realized that it is the quietest neighborhood in the world. We leave the car outside every day, nothing ever happened, the silence when sleeping is indescribable. What you need to rest. The house has utensils to make food, refrigerator, washing machine, everything. I have nothing to write down, we had a great time. Thanks Lucas, I'll be back with my parents.

The place is very warm and cozy, ideal for resting. One detail that we really appreciated was that, during a scheduled power outage in the whole city, the property had a generator, so we were never cold. In addition, everything was impeccable: very clean, tidy and with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. The shower water is also very hot, which is much appreciated in Bariloche. I recommend this place and would definitely come back!

The location of the place was helpful for accessing certain places in the city. It had a garage, as it is almost essential to have a vehicle to mobilize. The apartment was in very good condition and was just like the images posted. The attention was immediate and the city info was as well. Highly recommended.

Comfortable cabin, about a 15 minute drive to bariloche. The kitchen is well equipped for two people, the bathroom is comfortable and has heating.

I had to reschedule my trip and the host correctly attended to my need and left the use of the apartment pending for another time. Very valuable in these days of opportunistic people. A sign that they are good people and that shows in the treatment. I will be staying in concrete shortly

Our stay at Juan Martin's El Maiten 2 was exceptional. From the time of booking, communication was fast and clear. The apartment was spotless, clean and tidy. The equipment is top notch and is as shown in the pictures and stated in the description. It is located in a quiet area and a few blocks from Av. Arrayanes. I would definitely recommend this place to other guests and repeat the experience.

this place is all about the view and just enjoying the tranquil perspective. Max was incredibly kind, helpful and supportive. I am grateful that he met us at the bottom of the mountain and led the way to the house - the steep, gravel road is something to traverse - with a few switchbacks and some sections with room for only 1 car. We are a family of 6 and our only rental option was a Toyota hiace. It is 20ft long and low to the ground - not ideal for this terrain unless you have offroading experience. Cars would be just fine (4-5 passengers). The house has a lot of stairs to access it from the outside as well as inside. Every bedroom has outside access to this incredible view and I loved the privacy that each space allowed. Max was such a kind host and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you!!

Carolina was an amazing host! She was very flexible with our arrival time and assisted us the whole time there. We will definitely come stay here again once we come back!

Jorge and Carolina were excellent hosts. Although the house was a little cold when we entered, as the hours went by it warmed up, until we had to turn off the radiator upstairs because of the heat! Excellent check-in and check-out! Excellent value for money. The house is well located with respect to the center. You have to leave the entrance gate open all day because there is an architecture studio in the back (well separated from the house, they never bothered at all). At first, leaving the port open seemed unsafe, but nothing ever happened. It has all the necessary equipment to spend a beautiful day in Villa la Angostura.

The house, primarily made of natural materials, is absolutely beautiful! The area is very calm and peaceful. Shops are nearby, just a short walk away, and the supermarket is also close. The bus stop is within walking distance, so there's no need for a car. The WiFi was suitable for my work and video calls. The house also has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. The main room is very spacious, and the garden is full of flowers with a gorgeous view - you’ll feel completely recharged after this stay! I’d definitely return - highly recommended!
