Enjoy this warm, quiet and elegant accommodation located 5 minutes from Chatellerault city center, TGV train station, 8 minutes from A10 highway, 20 minutes from Futuroscope and 20 minutes from Roche Posay. This tastefully renovated 70 m2 house with its well-kept garden and beautiful ash tree will suit a single person as well as a family. The carport, 2 parking spaces and terrace are a real asset. We have taken care of the comfort of the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

"Le Grenier", studio de 20m² environ, vous propose une partie salon avec canapé, table haute, kitchenette équipée, un vrai lit (140x190), grande douche (140x80), WC séparés. Pensez à réserver nos bocaux repas, planche et petit déjeuner si besoin. Une petite pause au calme à la campagne !

Small stone house on three floors. Close to the futuroscope, center parc... It is ideal for two people. A quiet and relaxing place in the countryside. I provide bed linens, for towels I can provide them for an extra 5 euros. Small note, the stairs are steep (miller's ladders) and the kitchen ceiling is a bit low. For coffee fans I have a Senseo, I leave some pods available.
