Holiday rentals with a patio in Naranjal, Laureles - Estadio, Medellin

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful and well thought out. The hosts are also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable experience! 10/10!

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

A quiet and safe area, just 7 minutes from restaurants and a short drive minutes from two major areas of night life Provenza and Zona Rosa. Check-in was fully automated, which made things easy. Great host, they responded fast to any questions and made sure that I was ready for check-in and had everything ready for me when I arrived. The apartment is exactly like the photos: clean, stylish, with a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and great air conditioning. The jacuzzi was a nice touch and the bathroom was modern with a spacious hot shower. Fast Wi-Fi and access to Netflix, Prime, and YouTube were a plus. The mattress was super comfortable I slept great. I loved the place and would definitely come back.

The host were very kind, responsive and incredibly flexible. I stayed here for a month and had to work everyday and the Wi-Fi was really good. The location is very central and 5-10 minutes walking distance of anything you need. I made friends with travelers in the other apartment and really enjoyed the terrace/ common area. A/C unit is right above the bed so was never too hot.

As a frequent Airbnb user, Yannick has the best apartments in Medellín, and I'd say some of the best in the world. The apartments were better than they looked in the photos. The area is beautiful, completely residential, and equidistant from the best spots in the city. The staff working with Yannick (Camilo and Ivan) stood out for their level of professionalism and customer service. I can't wait to come back.

Beautiful place to stay with a group of 10, just enough space for everyone. Everything was walking distance and cute breakfast spots all around. would 10 out of 10 come back!

Great home! Extremely spacious and in a very safe neighborhood. The house was very clean and cozy. The host was also super responsive and helpful to all our troubles and questions. Would highly recommend this place

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Medellín. Luis es un host sumamente comprometido por dar un excelente servicio. Siempre esta a disposición para cualquier duda, consejo, recomendación y/o tours que el mismo ofrece, y a buen precio (comparado con mas proveedores). Las fotos de la casa no le hacen justicia al inmueble, es sumamente amplio y cómodo. Con diversidad de cuartos y recamaras muy espaciosas. Los Laureles es una muy buena zona para quedarse si estas de visita en Medellin, rodeada de restaurantes, tiendas, centros comerciales, y demás. Una zona sumamente tranquila, ideal para todo tipo de huespedes (familiares o grupo de amigos). En fin, excelente experiencia. Cien porciento recomendado!

Todo fue excelente durante la estadía. El apto es tal como se aprecia en las foto. Está muy céntrico de todo. La comunicación fue fluida y siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier detalle.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

Jorge Luis fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de lo que necesitara. el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado queda muy cerca de la estación del metro del poblado. su ubicación es perfecta y tiene todo lo que se necesita!! aire acondicionado por si quieres dormir con la ventana cerrada . porque realmente es muy fresco. un buen espacio de trabajo y la cama y el sofá son muy cómodos. el estilo del apartamento también me gusto mucho!!

Jessica was always friendly from the beginning until the last day. She's a very friendly host. The appartment was to my liking. I would definitely stay there again. It was very pleasant. The views from the balcony were amazing. I felt right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone.
