Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Narok County

We had 4 lovely nights at Agnes' place and were very comfortable. The studio unit is in a corner of the estate with a view of Lake Naivasha through the front door and kitchen windows. The grounds have beautiful Acacias and well-tended gardens. The place is peaceful and has lots of birds. A Hippo came to graze at night. Check-in was straightforward and Debra was reachable and prompt to communicate and help us, including arranging a mechanic to jumpstart our car battery. The house is well-equipped for a short stay for a couple. Wifi is present but weak. Bfast at Agnes' resto was included and hearty. We rented bikes from outside Agnes' restaurant to bike in Hellsgate Park. It was a good trip but customer service from the bike rental was unsatisfactory. After paying upfront, including for drop and pickup of the bikes from the park, they refused to pick without more payment. So, it was very challenging and frustrating to bring the bikes back. Not Agnes' fault but clients be advised.

An absolute dream spot on 200 acres of exclusive parkland next to the lake with giraffe and zebra’s walking through your garden. The cottage is utterly charming. Old school rustic but made beautifully comfortable by a doting team. The home made food delivered to the cottage was some of the best we have eaten in Kenya. A truly hidden gem. Can’t rate this place highly enough.

If you are coming to this area, stay here if you are a couple or a group. It is a large compound edit is just as it is described. There is everything you need and Moore. Fast Wi-Fi. TVs that work :-) games to play and an outdoor patio sitting area with couches to just relax and read a good book. This was right before our safari. I did the work for you so you can honestly book with confidence!

Maps is inaccurate

Came to Homa Bay County for a family gathering in Kendy Bay. Decided to also treat myself to Christmas vacation. I wanted a serene family setting and this is exactly what I got from the second I arrived. Warm loving reception, great food, amazing conversations during my entire stay. I have gained a whole new network of close friends in an instant. Shared pics with family and friends. My niece even came to visit because she was so excited what I saw in the ad matched the pictures I sent. Apondi made sure brunch was ready when my niece arrived. My niece spent REALLY enjoyed the food and company. She left with everyone's number so she can stay in touch. One of those times you dream of a place you want to go rest in and the whole dream comes true!

My stay at Dehinwa's was nothing short of exceptional. The space was impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The host demonstrated remarkable hospitality, ensuring seamless communication and a truly welcoming experience. I highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a refined and hassle-free stay. I enjoyed my 2 night's stay at Lydia's home and here's why: Accessibility- The home is 5 minutes away from Kisii CBD and there is good tarmacked road all the way to the home. Security - I was impressed to find out there is a police station afew blocks away from the home the next day.On inquiry from the local residents,the area is very safe. Free Secure Parking - There is 24/7 security guard support and also CCTV for that added layer of security. Cleanness - Lydia's home was very clean and organised as on the photos. Amenities - The house has good space for 2 people with the basic essentials that you can need while traveling. You can comfortably make meals, wash your clothes (*no washing machine/dryer) and dry them at the balcony. WiFi Network - There is good network for you to access the Internet and work. The host was also very supportive and communicated effectively. Would I recommend this home when you're traveling to Kisii? Absolutely YES. Thank you Lydia for hosting me.

5 stars I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and the whole experience stress-free. Amazing place a few minutes from town. A quite condo, best for working from home conditions, ample parking as well.

I don't know how I wasn't aware of this place to begin with. The host is responsive, clear, reasonable and very friendly. My experience there exceeded my expectations. The place was clean, beautiful and I felt right at home! I'm definitely recommending this to anybody who is visiting around the area!

Ms. Loice is a super host. She made sure we were okay and she cleans the apartment every 2 weeks. Not only does she have the rooms clean but she even clean our shoes. Great place if you want to rent bikes and explore Hells Gate National Park. Monica was very friendly and responsive, and I give the place my highest recommendation:)
