Meget sentral kjellerleilighet (hybel med soveplasser i stue). Egen inngang (inn felles ytterdør, så privat inngang og ned en smal trapp til hybel), eget toalett, dusj og kjøkken. Toalett og dusj er i separate rom. Gammelt hus, leiligheten har derfor enkel standard. Gratis parkering i gaten rett utenfor huset. Elbil lader type 2 tilgjengelig ved nærmere avtale. Stor terasse som kan brukes fritt av alle gjester. 5-10 minutter å gå til sentrum. Sengeklær og håndklær inkludert.

Detached house with fantastic views, located in the mountains and nature. Large parts of the home were renovated in 2021-2023. Parts of the home are not completed and are shown in some of the pictures. Ski-in/ski-out to Narvikfjellet. Great ski slopes and hiking trails within walking distance. Grocery store (KIWI) 5 minutes walking distance away. Free parking spot for 2-3 cars. Approx. 15-20 min walk to the city center. Bus connection approx. 5 min walk from the house.

This is my private home in Narvik, it is located in the middle of the city and has short access to everything. 800 meters from the train station. 200 meters from the grocery store. 500 meters from the shopping center and bus station. 1.6 km from the ski area. As this is my private home, my personal belongings will be in the house, such as clothes in the wardrobes in the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Please be kind and respect this.
