Holiday rentals with beach access in Näsbypark

The accommodation matches the descriptions and photos. it is close to transportation to Stockholm, bus, metro or train. A lidl is next door if needed. Thanks to Berit and her husband, responsive when we needed them

We had such a wonderful stay at Linda-Marie’s place! It was spotlessly clean, incredibly cosy, and had such a stylish and welcoming vibe — we felt at home the moment we walked in. My sister and I were in Stockholm to visit our brother and spent a few nights here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was peaceful and comfortable, and every little detail was thoughtfully put together. The place is 7min walk from the bus and train station and from there it’s only a few stops to Stockholm City. It has all the amenities you might need and also a few more that you didn’t even know you needed (thanks for the clothes steamer and boardgames!). We would absolutely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay - modern, very clean, easy to find, nice beds. We were travelling with 3 adults and 2 children (baby and a 4-year-old). There was a high chair, baby cot and dishes for kids in the apartment. The host was helpful and very quick to respond. Only downside was that the elevator was so small, that the strollers couldn't fit in. All in all, can definitely recommend this place!

Great place to stay for a short trip. Close to the nature, open spaces and easily accessible by public transport. The Airbnb was clean and had all the basic amenities.

Very nice apartment close to Stockholm. Easily accessible from public transport. You can do beautiful hikes around the Forest and around the lakes. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our time at this place was just fantastic! From the first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable. The sauna and fireplace in particular perfectly rounded off our stay and provided unforgettable moments of well-being. An absolute highlight was the snowfall on New Year's Eve, which turned the already picturesque surroundings into a true winter wonderland. Staying at this lakeside house by Kroksjön was an exceptional experience. The cleanliness was impeccable everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The fireplaces were a highlight. Both the traditional wood-burning and modern styles created a warm, cozy atmosphere in the evenings a perfect way to unwind in the middle of nature. The private hot tub overlooking the lake was absolutely amazing. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by peaceful nature was incredibly relaxing and added a special touch to the whole experience. The house is surrounded by pure nature, peaceful, serene, and filled with the calming sound of birdsong. Wallbox charger for our electric car was a major convenience. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible time in Kristin and Anders beautifully renovated soldier's cottage with the highest possible standards. We loved the hot tub, dock and view. Anders and Kristin are dream hosts who fix everything and give lots of tips. I needed a small desk to work at and then they fixed it right away. Copies, tips on great restaurants, and curiosities about the surroundings, they also gave. Thank you kindly! We will be back and can highly recommend this idyllic gem! ❤️

Close to Stockholm but still quiet and idyllic. Sweet accommodation with beautiful furnishings, everything you need. Stina and Anders are really nice and accommodating hosts. There is really a lot to do in the area. We had a rental car, which I would also recommend. We really enjoyed our time there!

This is our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back for a third. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and everything anyone would need. But add in the Jörgen is an amazing host! Responsive to any questions and friendly! The check in and check out process is the easiest we have ever had and we can’t wait to come back again! AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

We had a lovely time over the holiday’s at Jan place. Very nice apartment and quiet neighborhood. Short walking distance from the train station, that goes straight to central Stockholm, a very nice shopping center, with popular stores and wide rage of grocery stores. Also a short walk distance from nice nature. Jan was very good host, helpful, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend his as a host and his place for rental.

Very sweet and helpful hosts who responded quickly to our message and any doubts. We lacked nothing in the apartment and enjoyed every morning and evening the beautiful view from the covered balcony or from the roof terrace. The apartment was beautifully cleaned all over when we arrived and contained all the listed amenities. Everything worked smoothly. A really nice and clear guide to the home was provided to us. Definitely a home that gets the best recommendation from here.

Everything went great! Lina was very kind, accepted us a little earlier than the check-in time, for which we are grateful. It is quiet and peaceful nearby, there is a park where you can walk and very beautiful nature. There is a transport nearby that can take you anywhere. Everything is convenient and very cozy. There are also supermarkets with everything you need. Plus, there are places to eat. We are very grateful for the warm welcome🥰!!

Hanna & Anita's place was the perfect, cozy stay for our one week stay in Stockholm. They thought of everything to make the place feel like home, from the extra towels to coffee and tea; towels to sit on in the sauna and a clothes line inside the sauna. Anita went above and beyond during our stay. One example: After a long day of travel, we couldn't wait to relax. When we arrived to the place, it was warm and nicely lit. The sauna quickly warmed us up. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable place that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close by, we recommend Anita and Hanna's place. We had an excellent experience at Egon's apartment. The apartment is in a calm neighborhood outside the city center, but accessible with a train less than 10 minutes away. It is especially convenient when flying in and from Arlanda Airport. There is an inlet with a park to walk around very close by, which we visited. The main house has a beautiful garden, with cherry trees that were blossoming. About Egon, he was very friendly and reachable since the beginning, his instructions were very helpful .

My family and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The highlight for me was the beautiful, newly built glassed-in terrace—such a perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location couldn’t be better—beautiful views, access to public transit and just a short walk to a great selection of restaurants. Host was very good to check in and quickly answer questions. We loved our stay and hope to be back.
