The Cartlodge has been designed and decorated to a high standard to provide a sumptuous stylish, bright & cosy place to stay. Nearby are the National Trust properties & parks of Felbrigg & Blickling.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

On the high street, you are within minutes of the local shop, pubs, restaurants, the best fish and chips, and within sight of the sea. The apartment is in keeping with the coastal location, and is perfect for a seaside stay, with the beach, amazing walks and beauty spots close by. With one bedroom, it's ideal for couples, or single travellers. Small dogs are welcomed. The apartment is fully equipped to cook at home.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.
