The description of the house is exactly what you will find, the house is simply PERFECT, complete in all respects, impeccable is the word that best fits. And the communication from the hosts, my DEUS, super attentive ALL the time, Mr. Luiz is the tour guide himself... Without a doubt, we are counting the days to be able to return.

wonderful house better than in the pictures, everyone liked it very much. It easily holds quite people, rooms with bathrooms, large bedrooms, good beds and mattresses. pool, hydro, sauna everything working perfectly. walk to the beach but nothing that gets in the way. They all felt at home. Renato always replied, and the homemade Marcel hired to clean up the days we stayed and it was really good! recommend and would come back

We loved the stay!!! Comfortable house, very well taken care of, privacy and tranquility. Very close to the beach, supermarkets nearby! We even extended our stay for another day and everything was smooth without any bureaucracy. We will definitely return.

Very good for family trips, especially with children, easy access to the beach, spacious house. We only had a problem with lack of water in the showers because of a leak, but it was quickly resolved!

We stay 4 days in the house, extremely clean and well equipped, we do not miss absolutely household utensils. Mr. Antônio was super attentive and helpful from the beginning, during his stay he asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Over the house, it is very large and comfortable, all the spaces of the house were extremely clean, we took great advantage of the pool (which is giant by the way), in the house there are board games, deck and one, we play several games, even have a space to play, very cool. We made pizza in the wood-fired oven, which was a delight. The house has 2 kitchens outside and one on the inside, we use and enjoy every room. Valeu every cent, and we'll come back more often.

Flavio was extremely attentive from the start, removing all doubts about the house. The house is a separate spectacle. Extremely clean, equipped and glued to the beach. Really everything as described in the ad. The check-in and checkout led by Priscila were super tranquil and she showed the whole house and good made it super easy. I highly recommend it to all people who want to have quiet days with family and friends. We will definitely return! :)

Tania was always very polite, helpful and kind. It always replied in a very agile way! The house is large, well-designed rooms, good structure, complete in necessary everyday utensils! We did not plan to go out at night, due to the beach of Fortaleza being a little far from downtown Ubatuba (A little more than 1 hour), we would soon need utensils and the house had everything! We were in a group of 16 people and all were well accommodated! Items planned for more people! The village provided good days for my family. The proximity of the house to the beach is surprising, very close to being reserved, it allows you to go to the beach several moments a day. We enjoy the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon, it is not heated and sun goes on in the morning, but for us it has not changed the temperature! If we have the chance, we will be back for sure!

Our stay in this apartment was simply wonderful! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very beautiful and decorated. We find everything impeccably clean and organized, and the kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. We love the balcony, which had a beautiful view! The location is one of the great highlights! The proximity of the beach made our tours much easier. In addition, we found great markets and restaurants just minutes away. It was very easy to get around the area. Ana was very attentive and we feel very welcome. We definitely intend to return soon to enjoy this amazing space again. We strongly recommend this apartment for those looking for comfort, beauty and a privileged location near the beach!

The impeccable apartment, close to the beach and had everything we need to stay for 8 wonderful days. we took 2 pets that were calm and well accommodated. Anyway thank you for the hospitality of host D Mônica and Celeste's attention that we received very well. We'll come back and indicate.

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.
