Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains. Furnished, with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and energy fireplace for cold winter nights. Two large balconies with stunning views of the cypress forest and Tromarissa gorge. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.

Villa Fabrica Baladakis is an old restored olive mill that has existed as a family business producing olive oil in the old traditional way. It is a renovated mansion located in the seaside village of Kerames of the Municipality of Agios Vassiliou Rethymno, at a distance of 34 km from Rethymno and 4 km from the southern blue beaches.
