Great stay. We enjoyed all the equipment, fishing equipment, paddle boards, beach chairs, etc

The place was lovely & Brittany always responded in minutes.

We had an amazing stay! The beach was super close and also the shopping area/ food areas are within 1 mile from property. Nice area for a family with little ones. We would recommend this property as Ben was always responsive to any questions we had..

My sister and I spent six weeks at this wonderful house. The location was perfect for shopping and exploring. The house was clean and nicely set up. We did all our cooking there and will definitely rent again.

We did have a hiccup at check-in but overall had a wonderful stay! Jared was wonderful and responsive for any questions or needs that we had while we stayed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very nice!

Had an awesome time here at the deep blue dive! Felt very comfortable and right at home. Very cozy, cute, theme was just right! Shay and host are extremely accommodating. They respond in a reasonable time! Definitely recommend this place. I will be returning and spreading the word. Also if you love to golf it is within minutes of a golf course! Last but not least they had everything available that you would need for the pool to the beach to even staying a chill night in! <3

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

Breanna was an amazing host and her place was cute and had everything we expected plus some. She had board games, a fishing pole and boogie boards. The kitchen was fully equipped and she even dropped off something that was asked about. Right on the water, pool was cute and you can swim while looking at the water! We had an issue of something that was a change in rules in the condos but Breanna responded fast and fixed the issue with ease to ensure the rest of our stay was amazing. I live in FL but if I decide to visit Destin again, we'll def be back!! Close to crab island and other must sees in destin yet doesnt have the crazy high price tag! You wont be disappointed with this air bnb! Thank you Breanna!!

Our stay was great! The house looked as depicted in the photos - everything was clean and inviting. It was great for our family vacation! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We especially liked the swings at the dock - we spent time there every morning looking out over the water! Sarah was communicative and flexible about our check in time as well!

Hal was very friendly and very helpful. He was attentive to our needs. The place was nice and cozy. Loved the view and playing in the pool.

I booked my first time ever by myself with Michelle. She was so much help , patient anything I needed to know was in the instructions & detailed plus she responded with in five mins and provided a local emergency number when she welcomed me. She was very good at explaining anything I asked. She offered any kind of help if needed. She didn’t bother me. Everything was clean & cozy. I got to enjoy the rain and could open the blinds that I could see it in the huge dining area windows. Front door parking pretty much. The air worked fabulous ! It smelt so fresh and clean. No pet smell was in the furniture since I am allergic I worry bout that staying away from home. But no need it was perfect. I watched movies on the big smart tv on the comfy couch. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. No sketchy people or weirdos. Very quiet and peaceful and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay & only can pray my future Airbnb stays will be as refreshing as this was. Thank you for your home away home

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.

We had an amazing stay at this Navarre gem! From the moment we booked, host Wendy was an absolute pleasure—friendly, responsive, and incredibly flexible with our arrival and departure. She made everything seamless. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained. The private access to the water was a huge highlight—we even caught a couple of nice trout right from the shore! The pool area was clean and inviting, and the "pup pad" was such a thoughtful addition. Our golden retriever loved having a secure space to relax—it really made the trip feel like home for all of us. The location was ideal—close to everything in Navarre, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet and privacy. We’re already talking about booking again. Highly recommend this stay for families, pet owners, or anyone looking for a peaceful waterfront getaway with all the right touches!

This was an absolutely enjoyable place to stay. The house is spacious enough that you aren’t on top of each other and the 2 bathrooms were very convenient. Kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach access. We loved the great view of the sound and the great area underneath the house for entertaining. It really does feel like a home away from home! If you have doubts, let me tell you that you will not regret the time you spend. Worth every penny! Kerry was a great host, responded within minutes and even when we had a minor issue, he took it seriously. Loved the house, the location, the amenities! Thanks Kerry! See you next summer!

Lots of amenities which made a quick stay easier not needing to purchase as many items. Clean, comfortable and well priced. Would stay again.

This house was so perfect for our family vacation. Spacious and very clean. Casey was quick at getting back to me if I needed help with anything. This was a great house for the price and made a great vacation!
