Everything was very organized, clean and quite central. If you were to say something, it was the lack of express coffee maker.

The apartment was clean and has all the necessary utensils, it has air conditioning in all the rooms. I traveled with my mother and children and they enjoyed a lot of the condominium that has a pool, playground, game room, court and the beach is in front. There is market, pharmacy, all very close. The stay was great we felt at home.

The condominium has several amenities is a great structure, as well as being very safe. Pharmacy, ice cream shop, coffee shop, market, fuel station very close by. The apartment is clean and airy. We love the stay, but the furniture part of the apartment is very simple, more attention could be paid to this part. The host understood our demands and gave us all the support we needed

We were greeted by Wagner even with the late arrival, with great cordiality and promptness. The accommodation is comfortable and well located, with everything working perfectly. The only setback was with the electronic tower exit device, which required contact with the concierge for clearance - something that is due to the condominium system, not the host. Wagner also provided detailed information about leisure spaces, gave tips on places to visit and food options. We recommend the accommodation for the attention and quality of the space offered. Overall, the experience was quite positive and pleasant. We will certainly revisit the place.

Excellent apartment, well located. Very clean. Beautiful space, spacious and beautifully decorated. Well equipped with appliances and kitchen utilities. Good quality bed linens, towels and crockery. Great bath, blackout on the windows. We felt at home! Very thoughtful and kind host. We intend to return on future trips.

Studio is well located, close to pharmacy, bakery and market. The atmosphere is well organized, all very clean and cozy, it has everything. The host is super receptive and leaves everything well explained. We really enjoyed it and will be back more often!

Wonderful! Extremely clean flat, everything perfect, brand new and tasteful, a spectacle. We loved the stay, the view is a show apart, possibly one of the best views of Balneário, it's like you're in the movies, we loved it. The bed part also has a well-closed blackout and custom-made furniture. Patricia is very sweet and responds immediately when needed. The building has amenities such as an internal market, laundry, a mini cafeteria. Very close to the building there is a large market, pharmacy, super well located. We will be back.

Excellent! That was my 5th trip to BC, I already stayed in hotels and other Airbnbs, but for sure Lilian's lodging was the best choice, best cost-benefit as well. It is my first option for a return. The location is excellent, close to everything, the apartment is very comfortable, very good beds, equipped kitchen and the view to the beach makes all the difference. We arrived early on the day and there were no guests to check out so we got a check in a little earlier than anticipated, which was wonderful, helped us a lot to optimize the day. Located near the beach in a quiet region (at least in March) is also another convenience that makes this accommodation so special. Lilian and Graciele were always very quick in the answers and very requested giving good support for the guests. I loved everything, highly recommend the accommodation!

This apartment is worth every penny invested, a condominium that offers you a lot, I spent 9 days very quietly, supermarket next door, ideal for family and children, with swimming pools, toys, courts, it is a high standard place. We loved our stay! Fernando was extremely helpful from start to finish. The house is wonderful, very well equipped, and has everything we need. It faces the sea, in a place that conveys an indescribable peace. The condominium is very well located, close to Beto Carrero and other tourist cities in the region. We recommend with eyes closed! In addition, the house is very cozy even on the coldest days. We definitely want to come back at the next opportunity.

A great place to spend a few days by the beach and relax a lot. The condominium has excellent swimming pool and gym options, as well as the beach just a few steps away! I would definitely like to come back!
