The apartment is equipped with everything you need: air conditioning, washing machine, TV, fast internet, private parking, boiler for hot water or heating if you arrive on cold days, etc. A few words about the owner Florin. He is a very pleasant, polite and sensitive person. Communication with him was always a pleasure for us.

Very good place to stay, very close to seafront and good restaurants. Overall a great studio with everything that you need! Would def recommend!

I liked the place tha we stayed in. In the future if I want to get to Mamaia again, I'll take that place into consideration

Apartament foarte spațios, curat ,terasa foarte mare cu vedere la mare. Foarte aproape de plaja și terase! Totul a fost ok!

O experienta foarte frumoasă, chiar daca vremea nu a tinut cu noi. Totul este exact ca in descriere, ba chiar mai mult. Gazdele sunt extrem de receptive la nevoile clientului, amabile si disponibile. Am fost placut surprinsa de cat de atenti au fost la detalii cand vine vorba de dotari. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic. Liniste, foarte aproape de plaja. Imprejur ai tot ce iti doresti: restaurante, market,farmacii. Deja am recomandat prietenilor nostri aceasta locatie. Felicitari Cristina, felicitari Andrei. Vom reveni!

Apartament foarte frumos, complet utilat, linistit, cu acces gratuit la piscine si sauna. Gazda a fost de acord cu late check-out. Pozitie excelenta a apartamentului, langa mare, maganine si restaurante.

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, it’s nice furnished and has all the needed amenities (washing machine, coffee machine and coffee pods, iron etc). It’s beachfront and within walking distance to restaurants and beaches.

Am calatorit in familie, cu o fetita de 5 ani. Am avut suficient spatiu, de joaca si odihna, in bucatarie am gasit ustensule pentru gatit, chiar si apa, ulei, cafea... Apartamentul este foarte curat, spatios iar privelistea este minunata, aproape de mare. In imediata apropiere am gasit restaurante, gaterie, farmacie, supermarketuri, atm. Am fost super incantati de piscina interioara! Nota 10!

Все есть для жизни и комфортно. Квартира красивая, чистая и стильная. Расположение прекрасное, очень близко к морю и есть парко место. На все просьбы всегда отвечали и помогали! We had a fantastic stay at this lovely ground-floor apartment! The location couldn't be better, just a quick 4-minute walk to the beach, perfect for morning strolls and sunset views. The nearby shops made it super convenient to grab essentials or enjoy a nice meal out. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The terrace was a real highlight, we spent evenings there and relaxing after our beach adventures. Highly recommend this place for a delightful seaside getaway!

Ne-am simțit tare bine timp de 7 zile aici, apartamentul este la etajul 1 foarte aproape de mare, în două minute eram pe plaja. Are toate dotările necesare, poate ar fi fost nevoie de o tigaie, fiind doar cratițe in bucatarie, dar e un detaliu neesențial. Plaja din dreptul blocului, plaja Manor și plaja de langa, Lazy Beach foarte frumos menajate și îngrijite. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte ușoară, fiind receptiv când am avut nevoie de ceva. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni și anul viitor.

Mulțumim din suflet pentru primirea călduroasă de fiecare dată când revenim ! Totul este la superlativ! Această locație este locația noastră preferată și o recomandăm din toate punctele de vedere!Daniel este o super super gazdă!

Am avut o experiență extraordinară în apartamentul lui David! Totul a fost impecabil de curat și modern, exact ca în poze, iar priveliștea spre mare este de-a dreptul superbă. David a fost extrem de amabil și atent la orice nevoie. Recomand cu toată încrederea acest apartament!
