We had an amazing 2-night stay at this lovely homestay in Lebong. Located in the serene outskirts of Darjeeling, it was the perfect escape from the rushed crowd and noise of the main town. The surroundings were quiet, green, and absolutely beautiful, ideal for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was another highlight,simple, tasty, and truly home-like. We also enjoyed exploring the local area and soaking in the peaceful vibes. If you're looking for a calm, authentic experience away from the touristy chaos, this homestay is a gem. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to return!

Absolutely loved my stay at Meerak's blue door. Peaceful location far from the hubbub of mg market with a stunning view of the valley. The room was done up very aesthetically and had a stocked up kichen counter also. Hosts were very warm and welcoming. And the icing on the cake was the orange tabby just chilling at their place. I'd love to visit again and would recommend others too :)

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property! The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Prashant was very communicative and took care of most things seamlessly, making our stay hassle-free. Had the most amazing time at Norbu Gokyil in Darjeeling! The place is super peaceful, tucked away just enough from the town to feel calm but still close enough to everything. The best part though was the lovely family hosting us — all four of them were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. You really feel like you’re staying with friends rather than just renting a place. They were always happy to help, whether it was with local tips or just chatting over tea. And their three adorable dogs made the stay even better — super friendly and so cute! The room was clean, cozy, and perfect to come back to after a day of exploring. The food was also really good and homely — just what you’d want in a place like this. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, heartwarming stay in Darjeeling. Already missing it!

Absolutely brilliant stay - if you are planning a trip to Gangtok please stay here! There's so much going for the place - the quiet surroundings with a stream flowing by the private garden, the well appointed and squeaky clean room and common area, amazing hospitality and warmth from Allen and his wife! It's the small things that make the difference - when we arrived late on the first night, Allen had a sumptuous home cooked dinner ready for us. We also looked forward to the tea and local snacks twice a day. Allen also helped us get in touch with a reliable local driver to get around, as well as nearby restaurants and home chefs who could deliver food. All in all, extremely superlative experience and can't wait to be back!

The property is located in the mid of a tea garden. Beautiful place. Perfect for spending some time in the midst of lush green scenic beauty. On top of it Rebika is an awesome host. She took care of us very well. Approaching road is not perfect. But it's worth the trouble once you reach the place.

Kushal & Nabin are great host. Their property is very good and they have kept it well. Very close to airport. If you love pets, you will have a great time and if you're not fond of them, the pets won't bother you at all . They are very warm hosts and the food provided by them was out of the world. My wife and I were looking for a peaceful workation away from the city bustle, and we couldn’t have found a better place than this place at Takdah. Nestled in serene surroundings with stunning valley views, the stay had everything we needed — strong Wi-Fi for work, cozy corners to unwind, adorable furry friends, and the most delicious, homely food. What truly made our five-day escape special was the warm hospitality of our amazing host, Ramita ma’am, and the incredible kids at the stay, Ganga and Namrata. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, pampering us with kindness and mouthwatering meals. If you’re looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating workation spot — this is it.
