Family-friendly holiday rentals in Nea Kallikratia Beach

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Electra und ihrer Mutter verbracht. Der Empfang sowie der Kontakt insgesamt war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist grandios. Unfertige Gebäude in der Nähe haben uns dabei gar nicht gestört. Der Naturstrand bietet lauschige Plätzchen und viel Ruhe für die Erholung. Die Schlafräume scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an euch beide.

We were 7 people and we all loved our stay here! George is an amazing host - he's very kind and friendly, he was making sure that we have everything that we need. The location is great - next to the beach and just 10 merers from the taverna!

This property is a beautiful refuge, and provided a spectacular location for a meeting of friends that also included a series of business meetings/discussions. The views are spectacular, there is a nice public beach nearby, and you can access a lovely (if pricey) resort nearby where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a market. This is about a 3 minute drive away. Better yet, if you cross the peninsula (about a 12-minute drive) to Nea Fokea, there are good restaurants at half the price, a larger market, and also a lovely public beach. That said--you don't have to leave the property to enjoy a great time. There is a breeze to cool things down much of the time, a nice small pool/spa and spectacular sunsets. The interior of the house is comfortable, and feels like a lovely family home--it has essentially two apartments, with separate kitchens upstairs and down. The wifi was more than adequate for 5 to use simultaneously, and we were able to hold international Zoom meetings.

It was a very pleasant experience, though we had a short stay in Agios Antonios. Daniil and Maya were very kind and the house was indeed nice with large spaces, clean and beautiful views from the huge balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and one can feel the relaxed countryside life. The village itself is close to Thesaloniki and Halkidiki, which makes it perfect location if travelling Northern Greece. We all appreciated Maya's talent, she prepared for us a special dinner, excellent mediteranean salads, delightful desert and an excellent white wine. Daniil has helped and advise us about the best places in Thesaloniki, parking places, historical points of interests, museums and traditional shops. We were in permanent contact and he managed to arrange all the details for a smooth travel experience. In few words great hosts, very nice house, excellent food, good location.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

The place was great overall. Very nice garden with basketball and football facilities, hammocks, garden table and chairs. Very green and shady. It had big barbecue and all needed amenities. John was friendly and sent us local recommendations. The beach is circa 1km from the villa - its nice and long with sand and not many rocks in the water. It can get crowded because its near to Thessaloniki but you can still find some spot for your umbrella. We were 2 families with 4 kids and the room was plenty. I can definitely recommend the place. P.s. Take mosquito repelent.

It was our first time family holidays - 10 people. The house and the close beach were just what we were searching for! Amazing! No need to pack for the whole day to go on the beach. With the baby and small kids (2 to 5 yo) it was a real treat - you go to the beach just in swim suit, you swim, you go back. Georgia is very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Definitely a place to go on family vacation. Calm place. Blue Flag Beach. Friendly Lifeguard. Just great! thank you!

The apartment is spacious, looks just like the pictures, and is incredibly comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. The location is perfect: a 5-10 minute walk to convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping, yet tucked away enough for reduced city noise. We loved the natural light and the balcony's good seating space. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Thessaloniki!

The house was very clean, perfect for 4 people. Very close to the beach, 10 min walking distance. We loved the garden. Host is very helpful and communication went very well and easy. Thank you

We’ve vacationed many times in Thessaloniki to visit friends and family and we were glad to have stayed here. The apartment is much larger than the pictures and was spacious enough for our 4 year old to wander around. The apartment was very well stocked with food and coffee and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Located in the center of the city, there are tons of coffee and restaurants around as well as the beautiful metro that connects you to everything you would need. There is also a large playground across the street. It was also easy to get a taxi nearby as there is a taxi stand literally 50 meters away. We hope we can stay here again next time we are in town- we loved it !

이 숙소에서 28박을 지냈습니다. 제가 지금까지 경험했던 숙소중에서 가장 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 호스트는 정말 친절했으며 여러가지 문의 사항에 대해서 정말 친절하게 답을 해줬습니다. 숙소 위치는 공항에서 버스를 타고 내리면 바로 길 건너에 있어서 찾기 쉬웠으며 주변에 대형 마트 및 카페가 있으며 바닷가까지는 충분히 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리입니다. 너무나 훌륭한 숙소이긴 했지만 딱 하나 문제가 있다면 그건 바로 인터넷 속도입니다. 저처럼 일을 해야한다면 한번쯤 다시 한번 생각을 해봐야합니다. 다운로드 속도는 10Mbps까지 나오며 업로드 속도는 0.5Mbps가 나옵니다. 업로드 속도가 느려서 일을 하기 정말 힘들었습니다. 그리고 사진에는 없지만 세탁기는 발코니에 있는 창고 같은 곳에 있으니 참고하세요. 이 숙소 덕분에 테살로니키가 정말 더 좋아졌습니다. 다시 한번 더 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)

Un loc ideal de relaxare, cu gazde primitoare, o locație liniștită, confortabilă și intimă, cu posibilitatea alegerii mai multor moduri plăcute de petrecere a timpului: în apropiere se află o frumoasă plajă sălbatică, iar la o plimbare de circa 5 minute sunt numeroase restaurante și baruri cu zona de plajă impecabil amenajată. Un loc minunat și o locație excelentă în care cu siguranță vom reveni în anul viitor. Mulțumim, Antonis!

We had an excellent stay in the area for a wedding. The host was very responsive with recommendations and her parents were generous enough to give us a ride to our wedding and even picked us up after! The hospitality shown to us was incredible with food and water for us on arrival and great help navigating the surrounding area to find the best spots to do our desired activities. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected from an Air BnB host!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit hier gehabt, alles war perfekt, sehr sauber, toller Pool, viele Sitzgelegenheiten und ein sehr schöner gepflegter Garten. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, erhielten zusätzlich tolle Tipps für Tavernen, Strand Bars, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Yannis hat stets schnell geantwortet, wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten. Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

This was not as expected at all, the listing describes and luxury private villa. It was basic and very uncomfortable, not luxury! It was not private as the garden was shared and the host walked around all day, so not private! It was not a villa but part of villa with neighbouring guests extremely close and visible. The access to our accommodation was through the bedroom, which had No air conditioning. The photographs were different to the reality.

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Piękny dom z cudownym basenem i ładnie zagospodarowanym ogrodem. Idealne miejsce na spędzenie wakacji. Dom był czysty i dobrze wyposażony, w Greckim klimacie. Łazienki małe i dosyć niewygodne, reszta okej. Blisko do sklepów i restauracji jak i na plażę. Pokoje przechodnie, nie było pełnej prywatności ale dla rodzin czy bliskich znajomych było ok.
