Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην παραλιακή οδό της Αρετσούς Καλαμαριάς και απέχει μόλις 100 μέτρα από την μαρίνα της περιοχής, τη θέα της οποίας μπορείτε να απολαύσετε και από το μπαλκόνι. Nandia’s place is located in one of the best areas of Thessaloniki, surrounded by greenery in a very quiet neighborhood. Of course, you do need a car to get to the city center. It's exactly what you need to relax. Her place was very well-kept. From there, you can plan your excursions to explore the city’s ancient and Byzantine heritage, its beaches, and its amazing food. We stayed at Ioannis place for over a week and it was great! The location was perfect; right at the top of the pedestrian street, but away from the noise. There are a lot of small coffee shops and bakeries within 5 minutes on foot. The internet is very fast, so the place was ideal for remote work. The flat was absolutely spotless, with lots of space to store our things. The balcony is perfect for lazy evenings. Ioannis and his family were helpful and responsive to our messages. As we arrived late, we were very happy to see that there was already cold water in the fridge provided by our host! Thank you so much, Ioanni! We will definitely stay over your flat next time :D

We easily found the location. Vasiliki was very helpful, as she prepared the house for us and we entered earlier than the agreed time because we arrived earlier. The house is very beautiful, comfortable and well-maintained. We stayed 8 days and felt at home. We will definitely prefer it again on our next visit to Thessaloniki! Thanks so much for everything!

The residence was clean, tidy and more than met the descriptions I read on the website. The owner was friendly, helpful, kind with the intention to help with our every need. The location is magical. By the sea, in a quiet neighborhood but at the same time very close(about 10'on foot) to one of the most famous beaches of Thessaloniki(Krini, Aretsou). My visit was for leisure purposes with my family and we were all more than happy with our stay in this place!!! Maybe the only negative is the passage of airplanes over the area where this apartment is located, which didn't cause us any problems. On our next visit to Thessaloniki we will definitely choose this place again for our stay!!!
