Waterfront holiday rentals in Negombo Lagoon

This is my third time staying at Rehan's place. It's great. I'd definitely recommend to others. If I go back to Colombo, I'll try to stay there again.

Umendra is a very kind and friendly host. She always made sure we felt comfortable at her place. I would not hesitate to recommend her place to anyone. This is a beautiful unit with excellent views .even better than the pictures on the Airbnb website. Restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance Buddhika was very helpful too he even came late at night to hand over the keys to us.

Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. We plan to go back soon. I cannot recommend this place more, it was just so amazing! The location is great! Thanks Subhashi. We love ur place,

We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

Excellent location. Very clean. Properly organised. Quick response from the host. We got some amazing local tips from the host hat helped us dine at some of the best restaurants in Colombo. Highly recommend!

Felt entering home, with a stunning Spick and span interiors, with minute detailing, which had so much warmth and care put in every piece in that home. The view of the ocean was breath taking. Though we met her just while checkout, she was so warm and connected with us instantly. Overall excellent experience. Anytime would recommend her place, to friends and family visiting Sri Lanka. Would recommend this place over any star hotles.

I came across this place after some extensive searching and needless to say that it paid off. The host is not just a host, shes a super duper host. She helped me right from booking to to letting me in and accommodating several requests made from us. She’s brilliant. The house is as the pics show, sparkling clean, contemporary, fully loaded with the daily basics that you need, and the location is just brilliant. You truly feel like a local stayin in this place. I would recommend anyone looking at booking this place to go ahead blindly. It will not disappoint even by an iota. Sueprhost!!!

This house is a hidden gem in Colombo. It’s very tasteful and well furnished, with an incredible backyard overlooking the water. We didn’t feel like leaving the home. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

When we arrived at Janitha's villa , we were warmly greeted by his best friend , Jude , who looked after us throughout our stay , making sure we knew where places were & informing us of reasonable transport costs etc. The villa is located in a beautiful , quiet residential area where we were fortunate enough to observe many types of native wild life . Accessibility to the beach was approximately 10/15 minutes at a good walking pace but the nearest well stocked supermarket was approximately 30 minutes walk with empty bags , definitely tuk tuk on return journey with full bags ! The villa itself is as open & spacious as in the photos with mosquito nets provided in both bedrooms . Although we managed to prepare & serve a few meals in the kitchen , there could perhaps be additional utensils to make the job a little easier ( tin opener /few more sharp knives & maybe a chopping board & a sieve ). All in all , we were extremely impressed with the villa & the friendliness & helpfulness of Janitha's family & friends . We would have no hesitation in returning . Thankyou for a wonderful holiday . This place is so peaceful and the host is very friendly even at midnight he alert to open the door to me , the house is neat and clean has all the facilities mentioned in the list . he has good knowledge on local tourist place and friendly. Will definitely visit next time

Lake view is an amazing structure with perfect surroundings. It is very central and though very private. We have spent a couple of great days in the structure and had the feeling of being in our private villa with a lot of freedom, space, design and commodities. We will book Lake view for sure again. Thanks a lot to the owner, Prasanna, for the great hospitality.

This was a hidden gem for sure and glad we found it . Looking for a place close to the airport to unwind and prepare for our next flight we booked into this beautiful place. The experience from the get go was pleasant . The host was very responsive and accommodated our requests . What we loved the most about this place is the quaint surroundings and the beautiful green patches with lakes inside this gated community . It was very private and peaceful. We enjoyed our evening walks and the accommodation itself was well equipped and very comfortable. Thanks once again to the host for the help in making our stay memorable. Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

Located in the heart of the city, walking distance to Colombo city centre shopping mall, bakery and a super store. The master bedroom gives almost 180 degree paraomic views of the city , the lake and the sea. Well curated interior designs gives a grand guesture . The host Chathura is very responsive and flexible. I'd love to come back and no hesitation to recommend this place for any guests looking for a luxury apartment in Colombo city centre.

Had a really good stay at Shiffan's apartment on Marine Drive! The place was just as shown in the photos – super clean, with spotless linen and sparkling bathrooms. It’s easy to overlook the fact that it’s non-AC in the description, but the natural breeze and good ventilation made it quite comfortable. Shiffan is a great host – friendly, proactive, and always quick to respond. He also gave helpful tips and local recommendations that made my time in Colombo even better. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a neat, well-maintained apartment with a thoughtful host in a lovely location.

Beautiful apartment, right next to Mt Lavinia Beach. The kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to cook own meals. The building had very good security services. But the best thing about this apartment is the ability to enjoy the sea breeze from the bedrooms. Thank you for hosting us Seevali.
