Rhey’s place is exactly how it was described in the listing. The unit suited our needs, and we enjoyed our stay. Will not hesitate to book here again next time we’re in Iloilo.

The places looks good. Minimal and very straight forward. The location is easy to find plus with aid from app maps. Pros. 1. The place is straightforward, simple and easy to the eye. It has enough space for 2 people to move around with ease. 2. The colors are neutral and calming. It sets your mood at day. It was bright at night. Typical condo colors but this one was elevated by their native accents here and there. 3. Love the sunset on our bedroom glass doors. It was nice to look at whilst on bed. 4. The staff and cleaners were very courteous and responsive to our needs and request. All needs were addressed. 5. The bathroom is the Perfect set up. Esp for elderly and seniors. Floors were not slippery. It was big enough to move, and small enough to enough so seniors can touch wall for support. Cons. 1. The bedroom is small. There’s a box of concrete in the middle of the room, makes it small & hard to move. 2. Mix of insects come in at night. 3. The bed is a 6 or 8 inch foam. We wer

This was my second time booking with John, and once again, everything was great. My mom, brother, and her two kids had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, comfy, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared for the guests. They felt right at home, and we truly appreciate the consistency and care that goes into this place. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

A home away from home. The unit is so cozy, super clean and smells nice. Also loved the layout, the cozy bed and really enjoyed the hot&cold shower. Kdrama feels with the smart door lock, felt super safe. So thankful for Miss Beverly for catering our rush booking and even provided a welcome basket with complimentary food, water & toiletries. Definitely worth it! Will surely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. If you’re looking for a studio near Festive Mall this is a great place to be. Our host was absolutely terrific and was always quick to respond to any question. Check in and check out were smooth. The place looks like the pictures and is squeaky clean. I can highly recommend this place as being a comfortable spot to stay.

Located at the city center. Near fastfood chains, restaurants, and malls. Also near the Bredco port.

It has perfect location walkable to Festive Mall, city is clean & nice. The tower has swimming pool & just ask the reception to get a ticket access to the pool. The room is clean & it has kitchen. Fast internet & good air condition. I highly recommended this place.

Felt at home and the items were complete even the guest kit, free snacks and water, board games, free teas, etc. Would definitely book this place again when I visit bacolod.

JUST WOW!!! If i ever find myself again in IloIlo, I will surely book Rosh’s unit. Clean, worth every penny, strategic location, safe, and everything we needed was readily available. After a long day of wandering around the Panay Island, this unit felt like a comfort for us. AC is cold, hot & cold shower, smart tv, fresh linens, soft and comfy bed!! Not to mention the kitchen utensils and equipment that you can use. Rosh was also kind enough to let us drop off our bags as early as 7am!!! Thank you so much Rosh. Had a perfectly peaceful stay here, the apartment is even better than what the already beautiful pictures show. Would definitely recommend this for those looking to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. It may be a little ways from the beach but is no problem if you have a vehicle.

Had an amazing stay at Jessa’s place. Very peaceful getaway in Moalboal, professional and friendly staff. Very helpful and attentive. The property and its surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful.

It’s conveniently located—just about a 5-minute walk to SM City Mall, which made it easy to grab food, shop, or run errands. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and attentive to our needs, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great stay and we’d gladly book again.
