Ipil - Ocean views in a secluded laid back setting

The newly upgraded Ipil accommodation unit is situated on the first floor within a small wooded enclave within walking distance of restaurants and bars. On the premises there is a laid back beach resto-bar and a dive centre. Ipil is located 20m from a small sandy beach and the coastline is unspoilt. There are spectacular corals 30m offshore which are host to an interesting variety of sea life. The coastline is safe for swimming and snorkelling (need reef shoes). Amazing sunsets and views.

Beachfront views with a gateway to Apo Island and one of the best muck diving places in the area off our beach. Located in a gated, beachfront community consisting of a 48 square meter single bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Staff provided for cleaning weekly and assisting your needs. A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.
