Awesome condo in a great location in Bocolod. Extremely convenient to get to Robinson's Mall. The view outside the condo is also breathtaking, the host Rene was extremely nice and accommodating. Would most definitely book again without a second thought.

The place matched the description well. Clean beddings, a lovely infinity pool, and free parking which was super convenient. However, during the night, there was noticeable “thug thug” music, likely from a nearby bar, which might bother light sleepers. The host took some time to reply, possibly due to being busy, but overall the stay was decent. Would recommend for those who don’t mind a bit of nighttime noise.

We stayed at Jo Ann's place for a couple of days, and everything went smoothly. It's very easy to check in and check out, and the host is very proactive and responsive. The place is close to restaurants, atm's, convenience stores, a mall, and you can walk to the art district.

Our group loved the place! Interior design was really neat and the unit was superbly clean. They provided extra towels for each person which is highly appreciated. Everything you'd need for a quick stay is in the unit. Location is highly accessible and building is secure. Owners are super responsive and check-in/check-out process is so seamless. It was honestly such a beautiful little getaway, I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and feeling like I was at home.

I will stay at Val's place again. The location is perfect, with Festive Walk a mere five minutes walk. The flat has a nice balcony view of the Festive Bridge to the left and the vast expanse of still undeveloped land to the right. It has two balconies (one in the bedroom) and this is the only building in this area that has an actual living room and bedroom plus a maid's room with its own loo. There were a few things that needed fixing which I flagged and I'm sure Val (being super responsive and proactive that he is) will have these things sorted immediately. 🙂 I will stay at this flat again! So far it's been quiet and I'm hoping either no lives in the floor above or the neighbors are just respectful and quiet. No dragging of furniture and loud noises. You can hear the occasional loud vehicle from outside especially at night. Definitely will recommend this place for its great value and location, and Val's great hosting.

The unit is what they described and showed in the photos. it's surprisingly immaculate and the view outside the balcony is a bonus when you wake up in the morning. Great location and a lot of accessible restaurants, fast foods and Robinson supermarket is just next to the building. All the host are all very helpful and responsive with my queries. It was a last minute booking for us and luckily the unit is available the next day with no issue at all. Highly recommended when you visit Cebu for a couple of days or even a week.

It was already my 3rd time staying at Irene's place and it never disappoints. Near everything,has big and safe parking area, unit was clean, you can watch netflix all day, and Ms. Irene was very accomodating and friendly.

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

The place is very homey. You can find everything that you need in the kitchen. Sir Manuel is very responsive in all my queries. The place is also near and accessible. There is a parking space with minimal fee. The place is clean and quiet. We also enjoy the big tv with netflix. Wifi connection is also in great speed. No problem with our stay. Loved my stay here! This Airbnb is spacious, cute, and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the honesty store was a brilliant touch (and much needed with no close convenience store!). Felt very safe as a solo female. Super comfy and fast internet. Only minor downside was some hallway noise. Highly recommend for a comfy and convenient stay!

Maricar is an exceptional host, and her place was exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful home just steps away from shops and restaurants. She was quick to respond to our questions and even referred us to a great parking spot. I especially appreciated the muted, tasteful decor. It’s calming and not overwhelming. Location was great, just a minute walk to Ayala Malls, had a convenience store at the building and close to Lacson Street which had all the good restos and shops. The unit was really nice, really liked the bed, lighting and set-up. Bathroom had hot and cold showers which is perfect as well. Overall, would come back and stay here again.
