The location is ideal for spending your holiday by the sea being located right on the seafront by the beach in Constanta's North Promenade neighborhood - the Dolphinarium area is located right at the entrance of the Mamaia resort. During summer, this neighborhood becomes a tourist area of interest due to its excellent position with easy access to all the objectives of the season, right near the landscaped beaches, bars, terraces and restaurants (the famous Reyna restaurant is just in front of the apartment).

Free access to the private beach with 2 chaise lounge chairs & parasol (between 15 June and 15 September). Outdoor swimming pool available but surcharge ( between 15 June until September 10th). Situată în 2 Mai pe strada principală, cu acces direct către plajă, casa este renovată recent. Este compusa din doua dormitoare mari cu pat dublu, un dormitor mai mic pentru copii, două băi, chicinetă (plita cu inductie, prajitor de paine, vesela etc.), terasa si curte. Pereții sunt din piatră, ceea ce face ca temperatura să fie foarte placuta in orice moment al zilei. Acest corp de casă face parte dintr-o proprietate mai mare, cu încă două spații asemănătoare. Ideală pentru familii.
